Horrible - avoid at all costs. Bed frame came with faulty pieces and have been trying to get them to send replacement screws has been a nightmare.

You would think this would be straightforward thing they are used to, but they are asking for proof of that the pieces are faulty over and over again, completely ridiculous. We have had to sleep on a bed without the supporting legs and there is still no solution or apologies their end for us.

Avoid them, I wish I had.

I absolutely love this dining table it’s even more gorgeous in person. The quality is excellent and it looks far more expensive than it is. The only minor flaw I’ve noticed is a visible line where the legs join but that’s me being quite picky and you’d only really see it if you were underneath the table looking for it. The colour is beautifully warm, exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The delivery team were also fantastic I couldn’t be happier with their service.

I bought a shelving unit for my bathroom, it could be used anywhere though, I loved it.
Although quite expensive the quality is there, it's beautifully made and just unfolded without the hassle of having to build it yourself.

I received a sofa from Beliani UK on 3rd March, and within less than a month of very light use, the fabric began visibly pilling and “bubbling” across the surface. This clearly indicates a manufacturing issue, as the material is not fit for purpose.
I raised a formal complaint on 3rd April, providing both photos and videos as evidence. Since then, communication has been slow and frustrating, with responses only arriving every few days. The most disappointing part was being advised via their chat service to “use a fabric shaver” to fix the issue. This is completely unacceptable — a brand-new sofa should not require this kind of maintenance after just 30 days of use.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am exercising my right to reject this item as it is not of satisfactory quality. It has now been over a week since I reported the issue, and there has still been no proper resolution.
I expect a full refund to my original payment method and for the faulty sofa to be collected at no cost to me without further delay.

Great quality furniture at an affordable price. So impressed. Easy to assemble, delivery wasn’t the quickest but they had to be shipped. And was worth the wait. Would definitely order again. I purchased dining chairs.

They advertise products that are technically 'out of stock' since they won't be delivered for 6 months so watch out for that. Their customer service is also very poor. I think they're not based in the UK given the poor quality of the phone connection. The person who finally called me back after three days of chasing from their so-called customer service, started off by saying he's a very busy man. Not a good start. He continued to display breathtaking arrogance and just didn't want to know. I think go back to customer service school or get a different job if that's the attitude.

Ordered plant pot and it arrived damaged. I wrote to them the next day and it is a hassle to sort out a return/refund. They eventually stated that they will refund me in full, however I have only received just above half of what I paid. Will not buy again.

I bought a beautiful piece of wall art. It is exactly as described including the colour. I absolutely love it and the service was great. Delivery is not only fast it’s also free. I would highly recommend

This company is an absolute disgrace.

They sent us the wrong parts for our bed, making it impossible to assemble. I contacted them urgently on Sunday, providing clear photos and explaining the situation in detail. It is now Thursday, and they still haven’t even managed to speak to their project manager to confirm sending the correct parts. That level of incompetence and lack of action is unbelievable.

Because of their mistake, my wife — who is 30 weeks pregnant — and I have been forced to sleep on the floor. The fact that they know this and still show zero urgency or accountability is beyond unacceptable. It’s not just poor service, it’s a complete failure of basic responsibility and customer care.

The communication has been shocking, the delays are inexcusable, and the overall experience has been incredibly stressful. We are being completely let down at a time when we need reliability the most.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. We will never use them again.

Fabulous! Bought some dining chairs from barker and stonehouse. Wanted to have matching barstools for the island. These looked the nearest colour I could find. Wasn’t actually expecting them to be such high quality, very much on par with the chairs, beautiful quality, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Really quick delivery. Always excellent service, bought quite a few things from Beliani now…can’t fault them!!

I ordered an item that I needed quickly, but was out of stock and they really made sure I got the item as quickly as possible. Also, there was a weird delivery issue due to their new order system temporarily not allowing house addresses without numbers – or something similar. Someone in management(?) replied to me immediately, manually took the order and personally watched out for it.... Also, the price was lowest compared to more established online stores.

We bought white bath tap with shower head. Looked lovely for a month, and the the shower head started pealing off. So £230 is going to the bin. The Beliani team ‘investigated’ and made a decision it is not a manufacturing issue, but water quality. We are in the suburbs and water is 10 better compared to London. My advice, do not buy shower heads and taps if you live in the UK as in a month’s time, the water will destroy products from this ‘high quality’ manufacturer.
