Worst service and experience ever in my life

Never order anything from Beliani.
Very poor quality and very expensive. Ikea is 100 times better than this shit.
Ordered a table for outdoors, arrived damaged,
They resend a new one, arrived damaged again
Annoyed, asked for a refund, waiting for 3 months, no refund, only excuses and bullshit
Honestly take my advice and spread it : never order from beliani, never!!!!

The return system is a joke. Twice it has been organised to pick up the package and twice no one has arrived (you're not allowed to send it back yourself). It seems they try every avenue not to reimburse you. I spoke to someone on the phone who said they would call back and they simply disappeared. I'm still waiting....maybe someone can contact me??

Great couch and bed. Both stylish, easy to assemble. Very happy with you.

I ordered six directors chairs in June. The first two arrived separately to the rest of the order and I assembled one to fund that the dimensions were not as detailed and the seat of the chair was three cm lower and therefore too low to be used at our table. I have since been in email correspondence trying to return the chairs (which they advertise as being readily available) and receive my refund. Their last email was nearly three weeks ago when they said they had approved the return were processing it. I am still waiting to hear how/where I should return them and of course have not received any reimbursement ! Dreadful returns service.

Appalling customer service. Well actually it's non existent. Travelled from the UK 630 miles to get to our 2nd home here in France in readiness for our agreed delivery. Waited in all day, nothing.
Called, used messenger, used the chat and used rhe email. Never heard off anyone. Absolutely a waste of my time and money!!!! NEVER use again!

I contacted them regarding a product they didn’t have in stock. They kept keeping me up to date until the product was available again. This is what I call good customer service!

I bought one BELIANI Brasero from LEROY MERLIN website. Six month later the surface was scratching from everywhere and now the structure is even decomposing. I asked for a replacement with a NORMAL product that do not decompose when outside as it is an open air brasero but BELIANI refused. They STOLE me 700 euros.

We bought 3 sets of dining chairs (6 chairs) BLANE, and we were surprised by the fast delivery (3 days) and the quality price of the chairs. The chairs are confortable, have a nice finish and they are a very good match with the table. We are happy finding them and buying them from Beliani.

Beliani won’t return emails for an order. I’ve requested an update and want to know what’s happening to my order and when it will be processed and delivered.

I bought a LEMVIG Sofa on December 2024.
Really poor "Made in China" quality and disproportionate price. When called for refund no one answered nor answered my emails.

I was left stuck with a sofa I did not like.

It took them 3 weeks to dispatch my chair. Then they lost the chair. Then I asked for reimbursement. They LIED. They said that the money was REIMBURSED, but it HAS NOT. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY WHERE YOU WILL PAY MONEY, and FURNITURE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AND THE MONEY WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! The Client Service DOES NOTHING, THEY DO NOT SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. I WAS TOLD 14 times « WE ARE REALLY SORRY BUT OUR SYSTEM SAYS THE MONEY HAS BEEN REIMBURSED. » I called my bank. They said NO. LIES LIES LIES. I call again. And tell them that I did not receive any money. And the same thing. « WE ARE SORRY BUT YOUR MONEY HAS BEEN REIMBURSED » THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME!!!!! And all their RATINGS ON THEIR WEBSITE are ALL FAKE!!!!

Terrible - delivered weeks late even though it said in stock - delivered a wrong part to our furniture - now five weeks late we are still chasing them to deliver the correct part.. after all this time they decide to send us a returns label and ask us to sort out the return. Disgraceful!!! Poor communication, damaged goods also on arrival with two black marks on white sofas - obviously n the sofas before they were packed. Do not buy from this company!! How they get any reviews higher than 1 star is beyond me..

I bought a double bed and mattress, the items were of excellent quality and the process of ordering was very easy. The order was delivered on a date specified by myself and was very professional. I will certainly buy more items from Beliani again

Great garden furniture. I was kept informed of the expected delivery which was delivered on time.

After my first purchase with Beliani not working as well as it could have done, Beliani subsequently contacted me regarding my initial review, and made good any dissatisfaction with an immediate apology which was welcomed indeed. I shall purchase from Beliani in the future. Well done on their part.

Hopefully the delivery is as stated on the website on friday
