TERRIBLE BUSINESS! They promise a day day delivery from the time the delivery place gets it. Not even remotely true. It took them over a month to deliver after my furniture arrived at the warehouse. Then they damaged one of the mattresses which made it take even longer. I paid for assembly but the people they sent could not assemble and I had to hire someone else. So instead of doing something like removing the assembly costs, they very nicely showed me their policy of not refunding assembly. Then, the slats for the bed they sent were the wrong size. Luckily my assembly man had tools to manipulate the slats (remove and shorten some) so it could work. Bad business. Bad experience. I will never purchase one single thing from them again.

placed the order, got here in 10 days or so undamaged. Pieces are great Pittsburgh & Syracuse, a bit small but great, top layer is a bit sensitive and instructions are a bit hard to follow but for the rest prima meubel for a great price, we just bought also the Columbus from the family

I found a range of products easily. They were rated within the site and so it was possible to make a judgement about which product I wanted.

Beautiful design sofa with affordable price!

Simple buying process! Now hope the delivery will be quick.

I ordered a few items from the store: a vase, floor lamp, stool and a standing mirror. The first three items arrived in a perfect condition and I am very happy with them. The mirror, however, arrived shattered. According to the store's policy, such things have to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, as I was in the process of furnishing my flat, I decided to leave the mirror aside and opened the package only after I was finished with everything else, which was more than a week after the delivery. Luckily, the store decided to make an exception and replace the broken mirror. I took away one star because I consider 24 hours to be a rather short window.

The plaid I ordered is very nice! The colours are very true to the picture as well. During ordering the site was lagging and when tried to pay with bancontact (Belgian client), I had an error and had to start all over again. Had this checked with the company and was apparently a one-off issue. The staff was friendly to communicate with.

no English and payment page doesn't translate in google, my payment via debit card (AMN AMRO didn't work out). I was forced to use another option of payment (paypal)

I purchased the table NORLEY from Beliani. Upon delivery I inspected all components (for missing parts, or damage). I noticed one of the clips that should support the weight of the table is completely broken.

I contacted the customer service by phone twice: they assured me that the damaged part will be fully replaced and that I will receive a proof of confirmation via email.

EDITED: after a week of calls and unanswered emails, the customer service has finally picked up my case. I received the new table and returned the damaged item to Beliani.

Made a purchase with which they claimed to give you a 100euro voucher. I made sure to read the promotional conditions etc and nowhere was it mentioned there's a minimum purchase amount.

Came the email with the voucher 2months later, also no terms mentioned anywhere. Tried to make a purchase of a bit over 100euro and turned out you need to spend minimum 300euro to use the voucher again.

Feel scammed and very annoyed because I really tried to look for the conditions and it for sure wasn't there, but the customer support keep saying it was.

Oh well, avoid their lucrative promotions like this, there's always a catch. Will never shop here again

I ordered a sidetable and i am so satisfied. The product is of good quality and very easy to assemble. Beliani has thought of everything about the assembly process. The shipping was quite fast and their customer service work very well.

The purchasing process was very friendly and easy. I hope the product will be satisfactory too.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS AND THAT I WOULD HAVE BURNED €1500 RATHER THAN PURCHASE A COUCH FROM THIS COMPANY. I FOLLOWED CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF OWNING AND IT BECAME COMPLETELY DESTROYED. THEIR PRODUCT SPECIALISTS ARE PATRONIZING AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THE STATED RETURN POLICY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Product quality is average, price is good, and the designs are beautiful.
However, they are very bad with delivering products.
I've placed an order with a few items over 8 months ago.
- Coffee table and sofa delivered after 3-4 months.
- Chairs have been delivered after 6 months.
- Dining table... over 8 months, I haven't received yet and they keep changing the availability date...
