I needed information ref a problem with a suitcase bought my son . I contacted Beliér customer service asking for an urgent response . I was contacted very quickly by Julie who could not have been more helpful. I was immediately emailed a free returns label and my son was refunded quickly .
Every company can have occasional problems with their products but I found the response from Julie friendly , helpful, fast and felt a valued customer.

Shocking customer service!! I ordered nearly £400 worth of clothing for holiday I ordered before the 3pm deadline for next day delivery and at the time of writing this 26/08 they still haven’t delivered my order I’ve still not had any tracking information I’ve sent two emails message their social media pages and nothing from them dreadful company stay away from them

I sent my clothing back over a week ago. £200 worth of clothes that didn’t fit. I can see the items have been received as I tracked the order. Can you let me know when I should get my refund please

Belier is incredible! The clothes are top quality and fashionable. Order and delivery was very quick!

One of the items of the many I bought had a slight issue and I wrote them just to make them aware, they immediately sent me a replacement item, which in all honesty I was not expecting.

The customer service is incredible! They most certainly have my recommendation and custom.

I have brought quite a few items from this website recently and only had this one issue with an item that has now been resolved.
Very good quality and probably my new favourite brand. Specially the way customer services treat you and want to help with your query’s. You can tell the brand all round has had a lot of thought put into it and experience. Would definitely recommend.

The clothes are pretty decent quality. I recommend going a size up. I had an issue with my returns which came from Royal Mail losing my parcel. I reached out to Julie at the support team and she was amazing and helped me out massively. Thank you !

Great quality clothing and even better customer service. Would like to mention Julie from the customer care team on the quick and efficient service on 2 occasions. And reading other reviews on bad quality of clothing has to be false reviews. The quality is exceptional

Really like the clothes from Belier but have bought about 8 pairs of technical/ cargo style trousers and every pair the stitching has come apart in various places from the the undercarriage to the legs. Not well put together at all

I ordered a shirt from here online and as soon as i tried it on i sent it straight back. The shirt felt like a plastic bag and is some of the worst quality material i’ve felt. Since sending it back i have emailed them multiple times about my refund that i have not received and heard nothing back from them either. Customer service is pathetic and the quality of clothing is awful, avoid buying from these.

I placed an order on 30 May, a month before I leave in vacation, and I still haven't received it, they shipped my order with some shitty / no name courier company and it ended up staying 2 weeks in Belgium for customs and then arrived in my country at the local Post office, but no email, no information, nobody tells me wnen or by whom I am getting my order.I strongly DO NOT RECCOMEND, they are the most unprofessional seller I have evet met in my life...

A first time purchaser from Belier, I ordered the items at 3:15pm needing the items for the next day. Despite the cut off point being 3pm I paid next day delivery and dropped them a quick email and they were only happy to oblige. Brilliant service and a fantastic product, great fit on the T-shirts too.

Absolutely awful! Dirty I'm pretty sure second hand fans! And the customer service is terrible! Emma actually said this looks great! Over £100 I paid and I honestly wouldn't have paid £5 for it at a car boot sale! They have even got a different name on here! They are belyser! Oh and it won't let me share the photos of the cheap dirty fans!

I had an unfortunate mishap with shipping and customer service with Belier was more than accommodating. They went above and beyond.

Inconsistent sizing across every garment I’ve purchased, and then to add to the frustration, their customer service response times are shocking. This makes the return process so long and dragged out, to the point where you exceed the returns window for a full refund, therefore are forced to accept store credit. And then the cycle repeats, inconsistent sizing, difficulty returning items…you get the gist.

I’m not one to post negative reviews, but these guys really do need to be called out.

I would give Belier less than 1 star If I could. Purchased a t-shirt from these guys on 9th April and it's now 5th May, still waiting for a refund but seems like nobody from the other end has not been bothered to check on emails. Overall a very poor experience from these guys, it's such a shame because they do a great range of stylish products, but not delivering on customers expectation. I hope someone from customer service gets back to me after they've read my review, and gets in contact.
