From the minute I contacted Bell & Co they have been on our side. Absolutely amazing company, if you have any business debt that is overwhelming you then talk to this company. They are fantastic at what they do, they listen, do what they say they will do & check in on you. We were so lucky to have Rory on our side, such a great man. Supported us all the way through & got such an amazing result for us.

I used Bell and Company as I need some financial advice and assistance. Although the process takes some time, the results are worth it. My case manager was Micaela Cruz, and she was brilliant in not only securing a great result but also in providing information and advice along the way. Thank you Micaela for sorting everything out!

The company offered me exactly what I needed at the time I needed it most.
My financial difficulties were getting worse and, on top of that, personal issues were increasing. Bell & Company worked through my financial position in a very methodical way and once the had the required info took the lead in negotiating with the different companies. I was kept up to date with discussions and consulted when financial arrangements were to be discussed. With Bell managing my financial difficulties, and removing a huge amount of stress, I was able to focus on personal issues. In this case a problem shared resulted in it being far more than halved, it gave me breathing room and time to focus on my wider family.
Once all had been agreed and signed off I was less impacted financially than I feared and able to draw a line under the matter and move on.

I gave them a budget for a full and final settlement which although still a substantial sum was a fraction of my overall debt. They negotiated with the lender and managed to negotiate to within £70 of my overall budget. I can’t thank Joe and Phil from Bell and Company enough.

Nice people but took £3500 from me would not give it back and on;y interested in helping people WITH money to pay people so if you do not have money they are not suitable.

I wasn't made aware of this and as soon as they realised I had no other funds to pay the next instalment I never heard from them again so before discussing with them be aware of the costs just to speak with them

I reached out to Bell & Co as i was being chased by Barclays Bank over a personal guarantee that I had signed for a Ltd company I was part of 20 years ago. Despite several assurances that I was no longer liable for the PG I was still being chased for the liabilty. This was passed onto a debt recovery company which is why I contacted Bell & Co. My case was handled by Micaela Cruz. After our initial consultation and passing over all correspondance Micaela gave me her honest opinion on how Bell & Co could help me and the best & worst case scenarios. I felt that she was honest with me from the offset, Micaela kept me informed throughout in a profesional & compasionate manner, Any queries I had were replied to promptly explaining what the next steps were. Initially I had hoped that the liability demanded could be reduced BUT to my utter amazement and joy the liability & PG was completely cancelled and the amount demanded was reduced to zero !!

I have no hesitation in recommending Bell & Co. I cannot speak highly enough for the service I received.

We were in a bad situation with our company and once we talked to Luke at Bell & Co he put us at ease. He assured us that they could negotiate with the banks to come to an agreement on a reduced settlement fee.
We could not sell our properties due to cladding issues and interest rates had increased but we could not increase our rental prices so we were leaking money.
Our biggest concern was the possibility that we could loose our own properties.
We ended up selling both properties at a massive loss but Luke negotiated a fantastic payment plan which we could afford.
If it wasn’t for Bell @ Co a very stressful situation could have easily spiralled out of control, but with their help and reassurance they managed to negotiate an affordable package which has been paid off in full.

Initially is was not sure about using this company as I had never heard of such a solution. The team took the time to explain how they can help and so I signed up. Immediately Luke Logan jumped into action and resolved a number of urgent issues. Luke was amazing with his help, support and advice and I would definitely recommended Bell & Company and also Luke .

I seldom write reviews, but I felt the service and help I got from Bell and Company was outstanding. My wife and I had difficulties with a major banking institution and could not find a way of getting a release. We were ‘hamstrung’ in that we couldn’t service the debt or negotiate a way to restructure it. It was a constant worry and financial burden for over 15 years. We had medical worries and children at college and full time education. When we got in contact with Bell and company they helped us, reassured us and found us a way out. Luke Logan handled our case and could not have been better. He understood all the different aspects of our problem. He was empathetic and kind. He showed a keen grasp of our issues and problems immediately. A solution was reached and we were extremely happy with the terms. I cannot praise this company and Luke high enough.

When Rory told me what he had negotiated I was overcome with relief and joy at what had looked like a dire financial situation prior . Rory and the team negotiated a 93% reduction in DLA and for the first time I can say I was delighted to pay a professional fee. Bell and Co more than deserved their fee.
