Amazing product and great service! I was looking for something I could use when I was going away for a weekend in my campervan, the steam power on the CX25P is excellent and after a bit of playing around I could get some really good results. The delivery was quick and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I’ve had a great experience using Bellman Coffee equipment, particularly for steaming milk.

The performance genuinely surprised me the steam power and consistency are excellent, and I was honestly astonished at the quality of results you can achieve, especially from a compact setup. It produces smooth, well-textured milk that rivals much larger machines.

The build quality also feels solid and well thought out, and once you understand how to use it properly, it becomes a really enjoyable part of the coffee-making process.

Overall, a fantastic bit of kit for anyone serious about improving their home coffee setup without going straight to a full espresso machine.

Not sure they’re a real company… Would avoid in case it’s a scam. I placed an order on 13th March and paid £6.50 for 24hr tracked delivery through Royal Mail and I’ve still not received my order. I tried contacting them but not response.

I placed an order via the company's website on 23 July for one of their Bellman CX25-P Coffee Machines and immediately received an order confirmation, which said

"Thank you for your purchase!

We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

The coffee machine was a birthday present, and we needed it for the 31 July.

On the 26 of July I received the following email

"Thank you very much for your order.

For some reason our automatic reply hasn’t been forwarding this message.

We are currently on our two week summer shutdown and will not be shipping orders until the 8th August.

If this is an issue we can refund your order in full or if you are happy to wait then please let us know. "

We went ahead with the order as it was what the person wanted, and was too late to get anything else, and the coffee maker was dispatched on the 8th as promised.

However, there was no message on their website saying that they were not dispatching orders until the 8 August, nor was there anything on the order confirmation. If there had been a message we could have made an informed choice as to wait or get something else. (They had no problem taking the money which left my account on the 26 July).
