SCAM!
It's another baby shop page that it did scam people. I ordered some dummies for my baby never arrived. Got money back from my bank.

Waste of time messaging as they dont reply now the website is not available ordered of here no reply no emails and no item ive reported them to my bank do not buy of here they are scammers

SCAMMERS!!!

This company are scammers, ordered a bag on the 25th June from the website for them told me it would take 4-6 weeks as it’s pre order, it’s now been over 8 weeks, they was replying up to the 6 week mark and now nothing I’ll be reporting them!!! Very unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

they look at your messages and ignore them. I’ve been left on seen numerous times. They have removed their contact number. I brought an item back in October. Returned the item on the 11th it got delivered on the 27th due to Royal Mail delays. They are claiming they do not have the parcel and they have now moved address. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and they have left me on read more than 5 times now.
An absolute scam of a company. I will never buy from them again and tell everybody that I know not to buy from them either. You will not see your money again if you return your items.

Wish I seen all the bad reviews on here before I ordered. You should shut down if you can’t provide basic customer service.

Update: I have phoned Royal Mail again who CONFIRMED on the phone that BELLOS BOUTIQUE COLLECTED the parcel before the 27th. They have had the parcel and LYING to their customers about receiving the item. I have the recording as proof and will be taking this further.

Ordered early September still not recived my order contacted them numerous times and no reply do not order

First let me say the customer service level I have experienced from ordering at this retailer is exceptional and always thoughtful of their customers. Being from the United States there isn’t a ton of options for shopping quality fabric and styled clothing for boys. I am so glad I found Bellos my son get compliments everywhere we go on his wardrobe. C

Fantastic service!! Easy to buy and arrived super quick with full tracking. I purchased some sandals for my daughter for an amazing price. I will definitely be returning for more bits and pieces. Thank you 😊

Update on my review posted 15 March: a shipping label was created weeks ago and yet FedEx have advised Bellos still have the order and have not provided it. Bellos have still given me nothing but excuses and delays. Please don’t order from them, especially online. This has been a very stressful 5 months and I doubt I will get my order or my money back.

Ordered my egg pram from here and they were so helpful! Answered all my questions and it came really quick. Thank you will be back again

Wouldn’t even give this place one star but had to select one! Been waiting for a refund for a faulty item since the middle of November, no one responds to emails! Product provided I washed before putting on the baby and it came out the wash ruined (followed care instructions) products are really low quality! Don’t waste your money spending on outfits you will get zero or one wear out of!

Despite the last entry placed by Rebecca Than who had a great experience so much so that they revisited the shop in person twiice in one day!.

Could only wished to have the same treatment when using Bellos Boutique online services

I have waited for nearly over 5 months for receipt of nunerous items purchased

I am saddened to write such a poor review especially in this current climate whereby we try to support small business to keep thriving against the odds

I can only demonstrate that it has been an ordeal from the start for those of you to think wisely if you wish to have any interaction with this company

Second time today I have visited this store and I must say it’s a really nice place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they can’t do enough to help you, I will be shopping here a lot more often for my two children. Thankyou very much for the amazing customer service. 5 star service ❤️

Ordered something for my baby 11 days ago, haven't recieved due to it not being sent. Asked them to cancle my order they said they would and haven't done still after 3 days... £20 down the drain for something I will never see!

I ordered two items however only one item arrived. I’ve sent several emails, tried their chat service and also dm on Instagram and no one has looked into the issue. Definitely avoiding from now on, I feel robbed.
