I used Bellspire Ltd to conduct an asbestos survey for the property I am selling and the property I am purchasing. Kelvin got back to me quickly after I had been searching online for tradesmen, arranged a date/time for him to come round within the next week.

On arrival at the property to conduct the survey he was very knowledgeable, honest and explained everything very well. Pinpointed exact location of potential asbestos just by visual during survey. Within 3 days I had the report stating there was an asbestos substance within the tiles of my cupboard under the stairs however risk was so negligible it could be managed without any more work being required.

I decided to have it removed anyway for my own satisfaction, so he came round a week later to do the job, which was done within a few hours.

I then received the homebuyers report reference the property I was purchasing with mentioned potential asbestos, so I asked Kelvin to have a look for me. He made the appointment with the estate agents, went to conduct the survey and sent me a report within a week, all very quick and easy.

Would definitely recommend Bellspire to anyone looking for this type of work.
