Picked up a refurbished auto taper as I needed a backup for a big job starting the following week. Tool arrived in great condition and worked straight out the box. Saved a fair bit vs buying new and didn’t let me down on site

Sent my 10” flat box in for repair mid-job as it started dragging badly. Was under pressure to get the site finished and they turned it around way quicker than I expected. Came back running smooth again and saved me a load of hassle.

Ordered filling knives for my partner on the 31st of January. Had no dispatch email or phone call. Had to chase multiple times about this order and when someone did answer they said they would call back but never did. This happened 4 times! Eventually got through to someone who said the knives had been discontinued and offered me a refund which was on the 20th of February. I still have not received this refund and now when I try to call the phone rings then it gets disconnected. I feel like I’m going to have to go get further help from citizens advice to receive my refund.

Ordered £291 worth of different tools in April 2025.
Only received about £50 worth of the order.
Chased this up by phone and finally got through to someone who I thought could help. Told me that i would receive the order within the week. 8 months later and im still waiting. Ive rang numerous times inbetween and all I get told is they cant help me and they need to get someone to call me back. Still never received a call back. Also tried emailing online on their website which still doesn't work. Really bad customer service and still unsure how to get back my £240. My only other option is the fraud team

Worst company i have ever dealt with, placed an order and waited for over a month with still no delivery....everytime I called and actually got to speak to somebody in "sales" they would tell me they would check out whats happening and call back in 10 minutes, never called back once. However, on several occasions i didnt even manage to get through to sales as all the lines were busy. I eventually asked for a refund as realised my order wasnt ever going to be delivered and still waiting now, Awful company, awful service, just awful.

I bought an item from them on 22nd of May and I have still not received it.when I called them they told me they are going to refund it and they have still not done that.avoid them
The company is not real. They are scammers
