STAY AWAY

We paid for a wedding dress and were assured it would arrive on time. After repeated follow-ups, we learned the dress had not even been ordered. When we requested a refund, we were told the owner was working with her attorney and accountant on outstanding refunds and that we could dispute the charge with our bank instead.

This was incredibly stressful and unacceptable, especially for something as important and time-sensitive as a wedding dress. I would not recommend this shop for any bridal purchase.
