Terrible company wouldn’t recommend at all rather keep your £40 in your pocket then waste it on these rubbish glasses. They don’t refund back your money as you can only get a store credit

This isn't a bad company but they have room for improvement. I ordered the willow frame from them with prescription lenses. The diamond cut lenses were very nice and solid quality but the frame is where they let themselves down. The arms I had on mine were the gold metals ones and the gold paint started rub off after a few months. They then started making a mark on the side of my head. I had to get new glasses because of this. I emailed their customer service about this and they ignored the email, clearly completely uninterested. They have potential but they need to improve their customer service, the quality of their frames and the time it takes to make the prescription glasses. I waited around 5 weeks which Is too long considering It normally takes half that time when you get glasses from an opticians, I know they warn you about the wait time before hand but they need to be faster. If they improve these things they'd be a 5 star company.

Honestly, every time I buy glasses, I don't like them after buying them, but I buy from Belvoir and I really like them thank you so much appreciate that

I am really glad to have found Belvoir. I have received my sunglasses and delighted with every aspect of them. A great place to find yourself if you are looking for stylish prescription sunglasses, I will definitely be back!

Customer service was really understanding. I had ordered a pair of prescribed frames with transition lenses but received the wrong color. When I escalated to customer service, they sent me another one without returning the originals

The worst customer service I have ever come across! I specifically asked for a refund after sending my order back but instead I get a gift card sent through by email which is completely useless to me now. Haven't had a single reply off them to any of my messages in the last 20 days! DO NOT USE!! SCAM.

My glasses have just arrived and they aren’t like how the picture shows, very loose and the worst part was I had to pay an extra 21€ when they arrived for postage even though I had already paid for postage! The good reviews are fake and the bad reviews are completely true

i ordered 5 but the glasses loosen in 15 days screws not screwed tightly

Finally received my glasses after about a months wait and alot of hassle involving my tracking code not working. Glasses are really nice and seem to be good quality especially considering the price. Overall i would recommend but i just hope they can get better at responding and communicating to customers. If it wasnt for the whole ordeal of it taking so long and struggling to get in contact with them for awhile this review would be 5 stars.

Made an Order almost a year ago, and did not receive till this day, sent e-mails, comunicated on IG but nothing, do not recomend this company at all.

I would give 0 stars, but there isn’t an option for that. I bought sunglasses and a shirt one month ago but haven’t received them yet. The tracking number provided by Belvoir Co. didn’t work, and I can’t track my order. When I asked DHL, they said the number is a scam and doesn’t exist in their database. Belvoir's customer service doesn’t respond to emails. I recommend not buying from them.
