The worst company I have ever ordered from, they just sent me something different than I ordered and paid for, if you buy from this company get ready for a big disappointment.

Do not buy from this company. The items received are not at all what I ordered.
Really poor quality material.
Don’t trust ads on social media. blacklist this company.

Ordered something off a TikTok ad, item never received, all links are dead, tracking information unavailable. Scam

I ordered a sweater with brand name logos on it and I have received a cheap material no name sweater i have paid 65$ for it it’s a scam don’t buy from them you be very disappointed

I ordered three specific items, Instead I received completely different items. The cards were all different. One was a completely different language (Spanish) which I do not speak. The others were supposed to have two messages for Moms and they were supposed to be different. I intended for one to be for my mother in law and the other for my mom. Instead, this is what I received completely different. These are all completely different from the photos based on what I ordered. This is completely unacceptable.

They were supposed to be gifts for 3 separate people; my mother, mother in law and my wife. And yet, they are all completely different.
I was beyond disappointed because I was expecting a lovely gift for three important women. And they are refusing refund so please be careful this company is not reliable, there customer service sucks

Bought a sweat shirt with delivery of 15 days. I tracked the USPS (printed) label # and shipment never left LA after 17 days, just the label was printed and nothing else. Contacted them with an update request, the answer was that it was guaranteed to come after another 9 days... Shipment status still remained same, USPS never received package. I reversed the charge through my CC company. Total scam, do NOT give this compony your money/information.

I HAVE ORDER A PRODUCT ON LINE AND WHEN IT WENT THRU IT WAS ( NOT FOR THE ONE I ORDER THRU ) IT WAS BILLED FOR THEM...I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY SAID THEY HAD A ( LOT ) OF CALLS ABOUT THIS COMPANY....ITS A SCAM AND YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE...I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE PUT AS A FRAUD AUTHORIZATION AND IF THEY CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY WILL MAKE A REPORT...

Company refusing a refund goods ordered 1st December. Tracking details were not sufficient and order has not moved for over a week.

Poor communication and ignore emails asking for order updates.

Ordered a heated hoodie for xmas present. Recieved a confirmation and a tracking #. But it doesn't let me track it. Seems really scammy. Going to give it a few days before i file a claim with my bank

Ordered external xmas lights for house....completely different product to what was advertised.....think more rubbish tree lights as opposed to external house lights that were advertised. Will be contacting the for resolution or the credit card company for a claim.

Think this company is a bit of a scam , I ordered lights and paid for delivery , nothing has arrived and all you get from there customer service is its on route
