They say transportation is free in big nice advertisement but don't mention (or it must be written super-small) the fact that you have to pay the custom duty (in my case it was 600€!!) and when I asked to cancel my purchase, since custom duty where near the cost of my purchase, I only got a reply saying that it was not possible.
