Issue still unresolved 10 months later
I had an awful experience with this brand in January of this year. I've left a review here explaining what happened. They replied, again, here, stating that my issue was resolved. In fact, it was not. They issued me a credit "to be used on their website" until January 2026. When I went to use it, it didn't work. And when I emailed them, they said the credit "cannot be used on their website" even though in January that very same customer service person said that this is exactly where the credit can be used. Now I still don't have my EUR 180 refund or any possibility to use the "credit" they gave me. I've filed a complaint with the customer protection authorities.
It is completely unacceptable that a customer who buys a full-price item and wants to return it, unworn and with tags, a few days later, is treated this rudely and unprofessionally, and 10 months later cannot even buy something else on their website. Going to their retail store in Brussels is not an option, as the sales team is the most rude and obnoxious I've ever encountered in my life.
