Issue still unresolved 10 months later

I had an awful experience with this brand in January of this year. I've left a review here explaining what happened. They replied, again, here, stating that my issue was resolved. In fact, it was not. They issued me a credit "to be used on their website" until January 2026. When I went to use it, it didn't work. And when I emailed them, they said the credit "cannot be used on their website" even though in January that very same customer service person said that this is exactly where the credit can be used. Now I still don't have my EUR 180 refund or any possibility to use the "credit" they gave me. I've filed a complaint with the customer protection authorities.
It is completely unacceptable that a customer who buys a full-price item and wants to return it, unworn and with tags, a few days later, is treated this rudely and unprofessionally, and 10 months later cannot even buy something else on their website. Going to their retail store in Brussels is not an option, as the sales team is the most rude and obnoxious I've ever encountered in my life.

easy going site, lovely shoes

i order a pair of shoes and the site is so very easy going. Quality of shoes is great as always and so stylish as well.

Terrible experience of Ben Simon: do not buy online from them.

Terrible experience of Ben Simon. I ordered a bag on 5th July, paying £10 extra for postage as I am in the UK. Over 5 weeks later nothing had arrived, no bag, no package, nothing, and no explanation. So I had to chase. I kept being fobbed off with emails to the effect of “we are looking into this.” But no-one ever came up with a solution. There were more delays. Eventually I asked for my money back. This was agreed… except that Ben Simon only refunded the price of the bag, not the £10 delivery charge! Ben Simon is unreliable and untrustworthy and I do not recommend you order anything from them. They will not interested in getting to the bottom of the problem. My experience of their communication was automated and impersonal. And they will try to get away with refunding the cost of the item but not that of the delivery charge. For a company that supposedly has a “high end” brand presence, Ben Simon behaves like the kind of cut-price “fly by night” merchant that you would avoid on a cheap site like Amazon. Very poor experience and most disappointed as I expected more from this brand.

Poor quality and poor delivery

Poor quality of shoes for the price I paid. Also, despite paying extra for courier delivery so that the shoes would arrive in time for my holiday, they did not arrive in time, I ordered on a Saturday, they were finally delivered nine days later on the Monday by which time I had left home.
I will not be ordering from this company again

Atrocious customer service - never seen anything like this in my life

I bought a pair of pants at one of their French stores at full price. Days later, they became significantly discounted. I have not worn them, have not even unwrapped the package. I came to the Brussels store to return them and possibly take the same pant at the current price. The two sales persons were extremely unfriendly. Actually, they were derisive and hostile. They were aghast that I would dare try to exchange in these circumstances.
What's more, they flat out refused to allow me to return the pants I bought (although the receipt clearly stated that I could do that) for a store credit and buy the same pants at the current price. They acted like I was being immoral or something. They said: what would happen if everyone did that?

I asked: are you saying that I cannot return these (although the receipt clearly allows me to do so) and take a replacement pant (even though the store is full of them)? Obviously, a rhetorical question as there is no legal basis for them to do this. But yes, they said they would prevent me from doing this. Finally, doing me a huge favour (the famous "exceptionally"), they were going to let me take the cheaper-priced pant but I could not get the store credit for the rest - I had to find something else immediately. Well, that wasn't going to fly.

I hardly ever return things, and I initially had a positive impression of this brand, but no more. They exasperated me so much with their rudeness, their calls to management, the total lack of customer service, that I just returned the pants, took the store credit, and will use it in France just to avoid giving these people any sort of commission.
Update: I contacted them as they suggested in their reply, and despite repeated reminders and having provided all the information, they aren’t willing to do anything to make this right. So don’t believe what they say when they reply to negative reviews - they just don’t care.

Ordered on 22nd.. Still didn´t arrive 2 weeks later

Ordered on 22nd, we currently on 3rd and still don`t know when is it going to arrive. So I don´t have present for Three Kings Days (Holiday in Spain for the presents on january 6th).

The ordering process was frustrating

The ordering process was frustrating. My attempts to have staff assist were not helpful. The items were not received before Christmas as was indicated would happen. DHL was frustrating to communicate with and was not helpful. One of the products received was not what was expected.

Seems like good products but impossible to buy

They do not ship to anywhere and their real life stores closes at random times. So even if you want to buy something from them, its literally impossible

complete nightmare - seems highly dishonest

For well over a month i have not been refunded for clothes i sent back woth tracking that shows they were received . They partially refunded me - completely the wrong amounts (far less than i paid) and i have sent 14 emails and still not had it resolved. This feels like theft of nearly £500. I wish i had looked at trustpilot first but i was ill when i made the purchase- which was why i made it- and now I can’t even where the one dress i kept as it reminds me pf yhe nightmare. I am disabled, can’t afford to lose this. The most expensive shop in London would have cost less for the equivalent dress and been far nicer.
