I was able to receive my small business loan within 2weeks of applying. It was enough to keep my business afloat for a almost 8months. Also given a forgiveness, thanks for the helping hand benworth.

Poor communication

I guess everything worked out in the end with my PPP loan. However communication is horrible with this company. They can find the time to send me an email asking me to leave a 5 star review, but can not find the time to reply to messages I sent them through their website. I wasn't even able to get a reliable phone number to talk to someone. Because of their poor communication I lost out in getting access to second round of PPP loan funding.
