Super slow

Super slow. They charged my bank account on 2/20, and I received an email on 3/2 that it would be shipped “in the coming weeks”.
So they took my money, but can’t get items shipped??!
Email didn’t say items were out of stock, they are just too busy to get to shipping. The only reason I gave three stars is because I have ordered from them before, and the items showed up.

Excellent products and service

Emergency Essentials has been my only company for shopping for long storage life foods and camping/emergency items for over
20 years . They provide excellent products and service through-out.
I wish that they would bring back the small cans of freeze dried food. With only 2 in the family, # 10 cans are too large. Yes we buy the Mylar packets that don’t have a big enough variety.

Most of the time I'm very satisfied…

Most of the time I'm very satisfied with anything I've gotten from your store. Lately things have been slow arriving and that was not something I was prepared for so I didn't order well in advance for some of the things I was out of. I will, in the future, order sooner than I am out of something.

Not Quite Perfect - But All Was Well

I ordered four six gallon food grade buckets with gamma lids. The buckets are great, though they do not have the Emergency Essentials logo on them but rather a child warning. I gave this four stars instead of five for only one reason, and it had nothing to do with the product but rather the packaging. The buckets came in a real big box. The contents were banged around. The tape job was terrible and most of the tape had come loose. I thought for sure I would find the contents broken. Nothing was broken and I got my buckets, but I sure hope you find a better way to package these.

Package arrive damaged and completely…

Package arrive damaged and completely soaked in oil. I had to put it in the garbage can immediately. I could not even open it because of the oil and smell. I completely wasted my money on a garbage product.

These guys are great!

These guys are great. Even with the overwhelming demand they are facing due to the current crisis, they were upfront and honest about the situation and their efforts to care for all their customers. My products arrived with only a short delay and in perfect condition. I can’t thank them enough!

3 stars for fair prices

3 stars for fair prices. Lost 2 stars for customer service and slow speed in filling/shipping orders. I'm not talking about being slow during an emergency pandemic. I expect to have issues during times like these. I'm speaking from experience from previous year's ordering. It was a minimum of FOUR weeks before my order shipped and that was AFTER I called to complain. TWICE. I took my business to Thrive Life Foods which typically ships in 3 business days and is in my hands about 10 days after I pay for it. (AND, they still have stock!) Absolute peace of mind for times like this. I am very grateful I started a long time ago.

Run like you’re on fire!!!

I ordered items (food/non-food) that were in-stock weeks ago and those items have not shipped. I’ve tried calling-no answer, I cut a support ticket-no reply. I’d suggest buying elsewhere. Once my orders are filled (or I file a fraud claim with AMX) I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve done business with emergency…

I’ve done business with emergency essentials for over a decade, historically the service and quality have been excellent, however since the merger or acquisition thats apparently occurred has taken place, the customer service and response to enquiries has been less than stellar; the latest Coronavirus panic attack is a set back for my previously ordered products but understandable, and doesn’t play a role in this evaluation.

Have had good experiences in past but this last order is one of the worst experiences I have had ever after emails several phone calls to answer I have still not got my money back they sold me products they didn’t have and have not returned my money !
