This is the first thing to actually help limit my scrolling

I’ve used the screen time limit built into my phone but I have no problem ignoring it. This app has actually been helping me with my endless scrolling. Allowing for scrolling a limited amount of times in a day for a limited amount of time per session has really helped me be more conscious. I don’t want to use all my allotted sessions in one sitting so it helps me put down my phone sooner. I’ve ended up not using all of my allotted scrolling time a single day since downloading this app.

Get your life back

You don’t even realize how much time you lose on apps, BePresent helped me focus during evenings, meals and mornings when I really want to relax and be productive.

currently using it on my ipad, but my phone is a samsung. I use my ipad for school so I need it so I will bust the screentime, but I dont want to doomscroll which I do on my phone

Do it!

It really is easy once you get it set up. I didn’t realize how much I was just opening apps for no reason or just fidgeting with my hands. Would recommend!!!
