I ordered a shotgun 2 weeks ago no order confirm or shipping info, I emailed them there response was would you like for us to correct the miss spelling of my email address no information on the whereabouts of my order, they were however able to locate me to collect for the purchase, I have called and was told by Matt their manager representative, that he would personally ship my firearm,
No shipping tracking yet still waiting , their website shows no orders pending for me, sloppy, sloppy, still waiting to report again, thanks, Art

Total scam

Total scam! I paid for 2 day shipping. They didn't fulfill the order for 3 days, then still going to take 7 days for shipping according to UPS. Serious scam, no point doing business with companies who treat you like this. Seriously, what a scam!!!!

Nightmare Experience

Ordered a firearm on 1/7, still don’t have my gun on 2/9. My gun I purchased was never set aside apparently, and was sold after my money was taken. I was offered a 5% discount for my “troubles”. I would rather pay extra than to use Bereli ever again. I hope I receive my firearm sometime this year.

Ideal Response to Customers

A few days ago, I wrote a review after experiencing what I would describe subpar customer service. About an hour or two of posting that review, I received a call from Jonah Worrelli, a Bereli.com representative. Jonah apologized for the experience and asked how he could right the situation. My response, “I’m really just excited about receiving a DD. Simply get me the weapon and I’ll be happy.” I’ll save you a long story and simply report how pleased I am with not only receiving my rifle today, but equally happy with Jonah personally resolving this issue and expediting a solution. We all can have a bad day. After Jonah’s response I’m willing to believe my second experience with Bereli.com is more align with the company’s culture. I received my rifle today and I plan to put at least 100 rounds down range tomorrow morning. I personal want to thank Jonah and recommend Bereli.com to others looking for deals on rifles.

Premiere Customer Support

Great customer response and service.. Excellent folks to work with and purchase from. Prompt and expedited service… The Support Manager, Matt… is a premiere individual… They take care of their customers, hands down…. Now on my favorites list...

Zero Customer Service

I've emailed customer service and 2 mgrs to get an answer for very simple questions. I haven't received a response for over a month. I've sent 5 emails and no one at Bereli seems to care. My previous business isn't enough for them to answer a question on a purchasing more from them. Go elsewhere if you need more then an order drop shipped.

Shippig notice lies and poor almost non existent customer support

Product Review: First-Time Purchase Experience with Bereli
This review is intended to provide constructive feedback on the service aspect of my recent order, to assist both future potential buyers and the company in improving its processes.

The Positive (What Convinced Me to Order)
Product: Case of 9mm Ammunition (1,000 rounds).

Pricing: Competitive pricing that, when combined with free shipping, made this purchase worthwhile despite the usual membership requirement and higher baseline pricing.

The Negative (Service & Fulfillment Issues)
Unfortunately, the post-purchase experience was overwhelmingly negative and must be detailed for transparency:

1. Integrity of Inventory and Shipping Notifications
Issue: After placing and paying for the order, I received an email shipping notification. This notification was inaccurate.

Fact: Five days after the supposed "shipment" date, the carrier had still not received the package.

Reason for Delay: Upon finally reaching customer service, I was informed that they received a shipment error from the manufacturer (the wrong bullet grain), rendering the paid-for item unavailable to ship.

Conclusion: While inventory errors or manufacturer mistakes are understandable, selling an item, collecting payment, and then sending a false shipping notification before confirming stock availability is unacceptable.

2. Extreme Failure in Customer Communication and Support
The Biggest Failure: The most severe negative of this transaction was the absolute refusal to proactively inform affected customers of the fulfillment error.

The Experience: Customers, like myself, were left hanging, forcing us to try and contact the company only to discover the problem on our own.

Inaccessibility: Reaching a representative was nearly impossible:

Email Attempts: Emails sent to customer support have gone unanswered.

Phone Attempts: Multiple calls on multiple days resulted in frustrating hold times followed by a pre-recorded message stating, "there is no one here to answer your call, please call back later," and an immediate hang-up.

Conclusion: This level of inaccessibility and the complete lack of commitment to inform customers caught in this mistake demonstrates a severe failing in customer support and basic business integrity.

Recommendations for Future Buyers
While the product and initial pricing were excellent, the fulfillment and support failures were severe. Proceed with caution. If you order from Bereli, be prepared for potential fulfillment delays and extremely limited customer support should an issue arise. The company will not contact you if a mistake occurs.

Recommendations for Bereli (To Rebuild Trust)
Proactive Communication (CRITICAL): If a fulfillment error (manufacturer or internal) occurs, immediately contact all affected customers via email or phone with an explanation, a corrected timeline, and an apology. Do not force the customer to chase down an answer.

Accurate Communication: Do not send a shipping notification until the order has been physically tendered to the shipping carrier.

Customer Support: The current phone and email support structure is broken. Invest immediately in a robust support system capable of handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Based on this first-time transaction, I cannot recommend Bereli until these fundamental service issues are demonstrably resolved.
