Really helpful team and very informative. Loved that their was no pressure to purchase and overall service was phenomenal. Highly recommend if a vintage style ring is your preference.

Having seen a beautiful art deco ring on the Berganza website I made an appointment to see Zhanna who was extremely helpful and patient whilst showing me the ring.
It was sized very quickly and sent off to me that same week in delightful packaging. Am very pleased with the ring and would not hesitate to recommend the shop - excellent service and products!

A beautiful range of jewellery that made the decision incredibly hard. However, Lily was brilliant at helping me find the right piece.

Perhaps rarely these days but every now and again there's a retail experience that makes us feel a little bit important - and however much we may deny it, in reality we all love it....this was one such occasion. Looking for an engagement ring (second time around for both of us) can be both stressful and expensive and the right choice is so important. We had done our homework online and could see that Berganza's range and high quality of rings would be perfect for us but we also wanted to window-shop in a few other Jewellers first just to give us an idea of what was available by way of design and price, so we didn't book an appointment with Berganza but just 'turned up' to the warmest of welcomes. The excellent staff member (who really knew her trade) soon established what we were looking for by way of design, price, history etc and, while we enjoyed a coffee, started to amass a selection of gorgeous rings for my fiance to try. It took a while but we were not hurried in any way - quite the opposite; we were made to feel like the most important clients ever. With a stunningly beautiful ring chosen, payment made and a celebratory glass of a delicious fizz we left their comfortable and immaculate premises vowing to return. Now to start saving....!

We have purchased several items from Berganza and had a number of things repaired or adjusted, each time the service has been excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

I bought the engagement ring for my fiancée back in 2022. I had a wonderful customer service experience back then; the team were attentive, friendly and highly knowledgeable.
I have since been back to have the ring cleaned and repaired and the customer service is just as brilliant.

Buying an engagement ring is such a huge decision and life experience in one’s life. I was greeted by Berganza with such care and professionalism and made to feel incredibly special. Lilly was attentive and patient with my journey to finding the right piece for the occasion. I can’t recommend this place enough. We chanced upon Berganza whilst walking around Hatton Garden looking for an engagement ring. We were warmly welcomed inside and had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience looking at various options with Zoe. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and not at all pushy. The resizing process was simple and quick. An all round great experience.

Berganza's vintage jewellery pieces are beautifully presented, and their customer service matches this. An unhurried and objective approach helped us peruse the items and make our own decision, backed by professional advice and service throughout the process.

Amazing experience. From the outset we were welcomed into their lovely shop (more like a boutique than a shop!), guided through the various options open to us (they have such beautiful items).

I bought a ring through Berganza in 2016. It’s a beautiful 17th century ring – as well as classic engagement rings, they’ve got Regency cameos, Tudor ‘memento mori’ rings (always wanted one of these!), Roman rings, even Viking rings.

Then when the ring I bought was accidentally damaged, they did a great job in sourcing a perfectly matching stone and fixing it all up.
