I signed the contract and paid deposit I've been waiting for installation one year!!!
Very ugly work!!! From the moment I signed the contract, April 2020 and paid deposit I've been waiting for installation nearly one year. I replied with a request to cancel my order, because the work was not done in the time period and the price was increased by $1,991.00. To this request I got back a reply saying that I will not be getting my money back. They came February 2021 but regarding the installations they did't finish the job and the work was stopped by me since they did not follow the proper steps and the materials that were mentioned in the contract. Finally, the installers made several scratches on the window frames while trying to fix other things, dents on the bottom of aluminium strips which were cut and measured incorrectly, afterwards applied with the help of a hammer and damaged. From 7 window panels 3 were with defected glasses!!!
