I ordered my first frying pan and grid pan online and they came very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered to large. My Husband rang your offices, spoke to a lovely lady and ordered two smaller pans. Again came quickly. Am giving the first two as a Christmas 🎄 gift to our Son in law. I purchased my original set of saucepans (which I use every day) several years ago from your display at Malvern Spring show. Thank you for a fantastic product and very quick delivery. Haven't received my glass lid and this is the second time I have ordered. First time courier lost it! Have been waiting since 18th November.
Very poor postal service they use. DX
I still have not recieved my product and will now be buying my lid from another place. Such a shame it has still not arrived.

What a superb product
In fact I think the small fry pan with lid is the only thing that actually stopped my house from burning down 🥲
On a very bad brain fog day I left the house with the pan on the gas and was out 2hrs 4mins and returned home to the house upstairs and down full of smoke couldn’t see more than an a few inches in front of me and the pan was glowing orange threw the smoke 😬how it didn’t combust can only be is down to it’s superior quality in my opinion
Sadly that day we lost all our family pets except the tortoise 🐢 which was devastating

I contacted the company to ask if I could renovate the pan and they very kindly sent me a New one what an amazing company

I had a faulty handle on one of my pans. I wrote explaining and was asked for some pictures. Once sent, Jacquie apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement, which arrived 2 days later. Great customer service, no arguing, fast responses and replacement. Thank you BergHOFF and Jacquie.

Purchased a set of Eurocast pans and generally satisfied however when we got a new kitchen and went from a gas hob to induction we discovered that the small frying pan does not work. We contacted customer service who informed us that some small pans do not work on induction and offered to replace our small frying pan with a larger frying pan (which we already have) provided we pay for it (at a discounted price) I feel that their claim that the pans work on all hobs is misleading and should have resulted in a refund or free of charge replacement.

Would have been better for returning customers to have the option not to have a glass lid nor handle... we seem to have a growing collection!

Excellent product and now our only go to company for a pots and pans!

Excellent products, that were demonstrated and explained very well. Used daily. Had the need to contact customer service over one very minor issue and they responded vey quickly and efficiently and ensured that I was happy with the outcome. My pan arrived very quickly well packaged . I have pans from years ago and love them, so bought this one as a gift. They are equally as happy. Keep up the good service to match the great product

Have been using this brand for many years now, and after someone using the wrong implements on my large Sauté pan and damaging it so badly that I had no option but to replace it, managed to get one in the sale, it was delivered within 3 days of placing the order, well packed as well. so after seasoning it as per instructions I now have a loverly new pan to start using again, I am really happy

We purchased a frying pan that did not work on our induction hob due to its size. We contacted Berghoff who offered to replace it for a larger size.
The whole process was faultless.
We cannot praise thier customer service enough.
We have several Berghoff products which are superb. Thank you Berghoff, highly recommend.

I have been using berghoff pans for many years, I especially like the baby frying pan and larger sauté pan. I have just bought new frying pan as they get used almost ever day. It arrived the next day so great service.

I have a set of these excellent robust pans but needed a replacement fry pan. Unfortunately I managed to order the wrong size. They could not have been more helpful and efficient.

Had to get a replacement lid, it was good value for money and free postage.It was on my door step before I new thank-you

excellent customer service. I purchased 7 piece cookware set from Costco. One handle broke after one year. I asked Customer service and they are sending a new handle.

Berghoff cookware is great. We have a vast array of their cookware from saucepans, roasting trays, frying pans to a variety of griddle pans. They are so useful as they can be used both on the hob and in the oven, making them versatile, especially as the handles are easy to remove. This also means that without the handles, they are easy to stack in the pan drawer They do not stick and can be used without oil, making them good for people who are conscious of their diet. The customer service I experienced this week has been excellent, solving my issue quickly and most satisfactorily. Well worth buying in my opinion.
