Poor quality and customer service

I bought a bag (£50) from this company online. The main zip broke after one days use. I happened to see the company at Taunton Flower Show in July 2025. The stall holder told me he owned the brand. He asked me to contact the company after the show and he would look into my issue. I have filled in several customer contact forms and heard nothing back. So here I am giving them a one star review for quality of product and customer service.

Terrible quality and service

Terrible quality and service.
Bought a bag at Winsor Christmas show. After wearing the bag across body just twice the leather began to peel where it had sat against my body. I contacted customer service and was basically told it was my fault so tough luck. Surely a cross body bag should withstand movement and friction on the body?

Favourite Accessories brand… by a mile!

I almost exclusively wear Bergs now. Absolutely love the quality of the earrings, scrunchies and bags. It’s clear that a lot of work goes into each piece and because they’re small batch, I feel very unique and empowered when I wear these accessories. Love the neutral tones and the elegance they radiate. Also great packaging and the fact it’s all recyclable wins extra points from me. Excellent experience all round. Will keep buying from here for sure.

Love!

Berg accessories really add that beautiful finishing touch to your outfit. A bonus - I recently met with the owner and she is so lovely and down to earth! I found she was very open to feedback, to give customers what they want.
