Delivered me a broken product and refused to refund. Their site makes it look like they are in Germany. Delivery came from US, and headquarters seem to be in China.

I'll make it short, because I'm so upset.
They don't answer, neither mail, phone or contact-form from their page.
I haven't received my order and it looks like I won't get my money back.
I'm from Germany and the website looked real so I pity myself I haven't checked all the bad trustpilot reviews before ordering there.

I ordered a motorhome antenna in March 2022. It appeared to be in stock for immediate delivery. The order was not shipped and when I asked why, I was told that the manufacturer was having delivery difficulties.
I was told I can cancel my order or wait. I canceled my order and requested that the order payment be credited to my account. It has not been done. I have sent a reminder without result.
Today, I announced that if I did not get my money back, I would refer the matter to the European Consumer Authority. I have all the documents, receipts and emails saved for this.
Everyone can draw their own conclusions about this online store and how it works.

In August 21, I ordered (41034) and paid for a pair of ski skins that were out of stock but would be again available in September.
The skins were on their website again available in September, but I did not receive them and could not reach the company.
In November 21, I was able to get in touch with them after I posted a comment here.
Meanwhile, the skins are not available again and I was promised that they would refund the money.
4 weeks later, still waiting for the payment.

So this company has been holding my money for 6 months now.... this is theft
They are impossible to reach, do not reply to emails/phone/messages through their website.

The worst Eshop!!
I paid 9.8. Delivery should come 12-16.8. Till now nothing come and even they didnt want send money back!!!
There is no reaction on phonecalls even on emails.
