I would give it a zero if that were an…

I would give it a zero if that were an option. Delivery was promised 2/13/25. Product did not arrive. It did not arrive on Friday, 2/14/25. This was meant as a Valentine's gift, so then, they promised Delivery on Monday, 2/17/25, which is a holiday. The delivery was to a school for a teacher and the school is closed that entire week. Customer service is an 800 number in a foreign country. I have been promised a refund but I feel very doubtful about receiving it. The berries were delivered on 2/17/25. They were retrieved by the recipient who had to get them on her vacation. They looked terrible of course and were warm from sitting on an idle truck.

Placed and order for Valentine’s Day on…

Placed an order for Valentine’s Day on Feb 9th - requested delivery on Feb 13. They said the shipment would arrive Feb 14th. Today is Feb 16th. Tracker says it will now be delivered Feb 17th - 8 days for perishable goods; AND we are no longer at that second home address. Left this morning, February 16th, and returning mid- March. Requested a refund in their live agent chat room with no response.

Update:

To be fair, a rep did apologize and promised a refund…we’ll see if that happens. .

Ordered on 2/11 with a promised…

Ordered on 2/11 with a promised delivery for 2/13. The order never made it !! Apparently the company misspelled the name on the address it was misspelled by 1 letter and address was correct. After 1 hour on the phone it was agreed to reskin the order. Still unacceptable in my opinion as this was a very important Valentine gift and I was charged over $100!

Order never delivered but marked as…

Order never delivered but marked as delivered. Still nothing 2 days after and customer service is horrible. Forced them to refund after them trying to push a 15 dollar gift card on me. Then the item I ordered was out of stock. Fruit and chocolate was out of stock?!?!?

I have been sending sherrie's berries…

I have been sending sherrie's berries to my 3 kids AND their friends for about 20 years. Over the past few years the service has been horrible. This year was the last straw. I placed 3 separate orders for my grandchildren, ages 8, 7,2, and 1. The first order went to Texas, instead of Georgia. I noticed when I was putting in the delivery address it kept auto changing it but I thought it was in correctly. Nope. When I contacted them about a refund they refused so I placed another order, they are my grandchildren, and instead of it being it delivered on 02/14 it was delivered on 02/15. The seond order was delivered as promised. The 3rd order, to Philadelphia was a mess. I received a notice it was delivered but when I spoke with my daughter she said they had not been received. Went online to see what the issue was, because there is no phone number to call. They apologized and stated they would get another order out, could not tell me when that would be. Offered me a 15% refund and a 15.00 coupon for future orders. Also what I had ordered was no longer available. I told them since they couldn't give me a delivery date and I had to pick something else I wanted a full refund. Then offered a 50% refund with 15.00 coupon for future order. After waiting a long time they never did give me a delivery date. I told them to cancel the order and refund my order. They agreed and apologized for the "inconvenience". You know, for a 7 and 2 year old who were excited about their annual Valentine's chocolate "inconvenience" does not describe it. I accepted my refund, disconnected the call and went to GOLDBelly and ordered the chocolate covered strawberries. Will be delivered on Tuesday. What a mess. Since they were bought out by 1800Flowers it has gone down hill. Would not advise anyone to order from them, especially if it is for someone too young to understand about lack of customer service.

Extremely Disappointed

I purchased 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries. This was purchased for my wife to celebrate Valentine's Day. We are extremely disappointed because the majority of the berries are moldy and old. This is embarrassing.

I reached out by phone about my displeasure. They offered a 50% refund, then a 65% refund. You state on your website "100% guarantee". What you are offering me is not 100%! I then spoke with a supervisor, Gabby, who stated the best they could do is partial refund and send another shipment. I don't want another shipment. You had a chance to get a customer and you failed by sending spoiled strawberries. I want you to honor your 100% guarantee.

Placed order a week in advance of VDay…

Placed order a week in advance of VDay paid extra to ensure VDay delivery and got a call on Vday that it would not be delivered. On the phone for 1.5hrs. and chatted. One said it would be delivered and the other said it wouldn't be. Turns out they are a bunch of liars. They said what I ordered wasn't available even though it was confirmed a week prior.

Done with this company

Done with this company and I order prob $2k worth of strawberries a year. Gone down hill so bad over the last few years. This year they botched up multiple deliveries of mine and no it wasn’t the delivery companies fault. Just a shame how they’ve ruined this company.

Extremely disappointing

First time ordering - horrible experience. I ordered some berries and cheesecake bites (for $70 - SUPER overpriced) and even paid for expedited shipping a MONTH in advance. The items were supposed to arrive on Valentines day and did not. Plus the shipping updates were not updates. The location didnt change for two days afterwards. So, im never ordering from this company again, nor any of the affiliated companies.

Never received ... Terrible Customer service

Never received order of strawberries and cheesecake, paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery. Horrible customer service, had to call 4 times, offered only a partial refund until I wouldn't get off the phone. Don't count on them to do anything but take your money.

Got 12 roses and 12 berries

Got 12 roses and 12 berries. The berries were great. The roses had black spots on the edges of the petals. There was ripped petals on two. I took pictures. Will not order again. I will go to a local florist and candy shop next time.

Berries were never delivered

Berries were never delivered. Online customer service is basically AI text JUNK. HORRIBLE. If you do get an Agent they take 7 minutes between each text exchange and then do NOT solve the problem. They want to schedule a redelivery instead of refund. Valentines Day is passed and they failed to provide the service they are in business to provide. Their online service is as bad if not worse than a cable company.

No Delivery

I Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries a week before Valentine’s Day and never delivered. Spent half the day on the phone with CS and finally at 10:30 pm they put in for a refund. It’s a good thing I picked up Fannie May on the way home.👎🏻Very bad experience and would never recommend this site owned by 1-800flowers.com. Unless you want to be let down on a special day😡

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst! Had ordered flowers and almost half of them had no stems! Someone just threw the chopped heads of the flowers on top to make it look like the number of flowers it is suppose comes with. I would give them zero stars! Don’t waste your money here folks! Go anywhere else!

Don't trust them.

Took my order, charge completed tue, feb 11 for delivery fri 2/14, Valentines day.
Overnight 13-14, my order was canceled and refund issued.
No time to come up with a different plan.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Shari's Berries are Terrible

Shari's Berries are terrible! When Sheri ran her business in Sacramento the Chocolate covered Strawberries were Great! The new owners don't use quality berries and then ones I just received were unripe, white, mushy, bruised berries! When I picked the berries out of the box water or nasty clear juice ran out of the Chocolate. I don't recommend buying them.
I will say, at least this year the berries were delivered! My Dad (78 yrs old) sends them for Valentine's, but last year 2 of his orders were not delivered. Customer service didn't help him. They took his money but no berries were delivered!

Save Yourself Some Cash - Go to Costco

Do yourself a favor and go to Costco and save a $100 bill. They have flowers that are just as nice and they were selling chocolate covered strawberries for $10 a dozen. Our order arrived a day late. Strawberries were covered in water beads because ice bag had already melted and several flowers were broken. It was a joke.
