Very good service

A great no hassle experience in purchasing a car. The sales executive April was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience a pleasure.
Will recommend without hesitation

Excellent information and advice on our purchase of a new BMW iX3 from the Sales Manager, Tom Kyriakides. Other staff were also very helpful.

I purchased a used bmw m240i few weeks ago which is a fantastic car! Unfortunately, after cleaning it for the first time recently, I noticed a slight dent and a scratch on the rear near side wheel arch. I spoke to sales about it and they said it was nothing to do with them which I find very hard to believe as they had already acknowledged the scratch on the day of purchase! After several emails I am nowhere near to getting this rectified. Now I am about to shell £330 to get this sorted privately! Disappointed

Honest helpful advice.

I have a chip/crack on my windscreen and drive to them for help. The lady told me they don't replace windscreen I shall talk to my insurance company. Then I showed her the insurance I got from BMW when purchased the car, she said they may not cover it without looking at it. I then asked if they could have a quick look at the issue and told me how serious it is and if I can still drive a bit, she refused and said "what we see is what you see". I then told her I don't have the knowledge to tell if it's okay to drive and need some advice. She still rejected and she said they won't give advice, and even if someone look at it, they'll say to get it fixed asap. Okay, maybe she is right. But the attitude is arrogant and communication is awful.

We purchased a vehicle recently. The process was efficient. We had excellent support from Mr Bilal Saeed. He was responsive & clear and made the whole process smooth and pleasant.

Friendly, polite and knowledgeable salesman. Very open, easy to deal with, no nonsense.

Professional informative friendly

Had my clutch replaced at BMW Cobham and had some parts purchased, the staff were fantastic, I had a great welcoming from the receptionists, to the sale assistance and from the after sale service.

Went to Berry's for a used 1 Series. Friendly and informative help from Hamza who provided details regarding finance, optional cover and plans but with no hard sell. Chosen car was extremely well prepared, operating functions explained and all questions answered. A trouble free collection and the entire process was stress free.

The responsiveness to questions asked and the solutions and options provided by both Connor Fox and Martin Philps really helped get the deal over the line.

Sales Executive has been very pleasant. Returned all calls and used email when we’ve missed each other to respond to queries arising.
