Berrylook ripped me off. Two packages were returned to them because they gave incorrect mailing info. They will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them for refunds. Both Orders totalled over $200. Stay away from this company.

It’s been almost 2months and I still haven’t received my order and no one has responded to my emails. This company is FRAUD

I have emailed several times and wrote a review in regards to not received item ordered 20.11.2021

Get told to go to post office and have done this also more than once and do NOT have also I feel it is your job to track item as I believe paid shipping not happy and want a full refund asap £22.32

shocking no items delivered and money taken either return money or deliver items as promised if i could give this company a minus i certainly would... total scammers

Only one item out of 6 that I ordered got delivered. The item that did come was barely resembled what I ordered. I have enquired about this rest and I am getting nothing back. All they said that it was delivered to my country with the same tracking number as the one that arrived. It is impossible to have two packages with the same tracking number. This website is a scam and avoid it at every cost.

The materials used for the clothes I ordered were poor quality. Out of the 6 items I ordered, I could not wear any of them....they fit and looked poorly ........ Their clothes are not sized properly ........... The sizes are super small. A large came no where near fitting. Now I begin the process of trying to get my money back i contacted the customer service the customer service help me over the phone and he was wonderful !! Very very helpful

Wouldn’t even give them site one star order items from here didn’t fit sent email after email asking for returns form all I got was offered money off what’s the point when they dont fittt..Then they send me address in china to send items back when address they sent items from was uk… Scam that what this site is plus you order a size 8 shoe they send you 6 I will be report them can anyone give me the customer service number in uk please

The quality of the boots I ordered is absolutely terrible, not even close to what I ordered. Does anyone know if they refund my money?

I ordered a lovely coat on it came two days ago but I am not very happy with it because came in a different color it looks like a scally coat as I am not going to buy anything on that website again

I have received a jacket today, bought from Berry Look, and must sadly say that I am very disappointed with it. The colours do not correspond to those shown on the jacket in the webshop and they are pale, not bright. The pattern is also different and the quality of the fabric is poor. What a waste of money!

Just got my order and just crap. It's a wonder why I see so many 5 star reviews yet 82% is bad. Looks like someone worked hard to try to mislead people. Disgusting people should be embarrassed to even be considered people. China def lives up to their reputation. UGH!

Clothes were awful quality, practically unwearable - nothing like in the photos on the website. Sending them back looked like a huge hassle. Difficult to communicate with them. Used the shirts I ordered as rags, not even good enough for a charity shop.

Not worth MY money. Beautiful clothes when you look at their website but a whole different story when you receive the product. Very cheap looking and very poor quality. I ordered 5 dresses. Material is very thin and the fit is very small. Will stick to in store shopping or continue to shop with well known places I'm familiar with ordering from. This was my 1st time with this company. It's always helpful to read the reviews 1st. Have requested a full refund.

This company is awful. Still waiting on an order and absolutely no correspondence available whatsoever. Don't get conned with this company. Seriously considering getting in touch with trading standards. This company needs closing down

I was hesitant submitting an online order with BerryLook.com, but I did anyways. Now I wish I didn't because trying to find a way to reach out to them is kind of impossible. I sent an email for the status of my order and they provided it to me, however when I received the order, the quality of the clothes were very cheap and I never received the shoes that I ordered. I paid over $100 for 4 items..

I sent another email yesterday, 11/18, to them asking for a refund and still have not heard back. I am going to try to file a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 5 dresses from Berrylook on the 24th of Oct and I received 3 second hand used tatty dresses today and they did not match what I ordered from the website.
It was shocking. I have sent email to the email address on the website for a full refund of my money ASAP.

Could someone please help me and send me their legitimate email address.

In October 14, I paid 160 dollars and until November 13, I did not receive either the goods or the refund

I’m not gonna bother to email them anymore!
if not I will fight it with my credit card. This company should not exist with the poor quality of materials and fake website photos, very very late delivery and no response to emails!!
