Beware of who you order from during Covid!
I ordered online and expected a delay in delivery due to Covid. Unlike many other businesses there was no communication, until I started to chase. You cannot contact the business direct. You can only email, and then wait, hoping for a reply! I got a reply about a week later apologising and saying my plates would be delivered. They were delivered, but every plate was smashed as they had not been packed appropriately!!! I have been chasing for 2 weeks now but have been unable to get any response whatsoever. Very poor communications and setting of expectations, no ability to pack goods correctly either. I am out of pocket and understandably annoyed and upset. I would like to support businesses at this time, but they need to support their customers!
UPDATE 26 June - finally a response by email, admitting issues and apologising. I now feel recognised as a customer, oh, and they are refunding the payment I made.
The check I now do is, are the company you are planning to deal with able to respond in the Covid world
