Poor customer service
These guys are misleading with poor communication. I have had issues with my prescription and lens which they have been reluctant to rectify. In fact I was offered a full refund on my lens if I could find better. Having had my eyes retested with some subtle discrepancies in overall prescription the issue has come down to a complete disregard for the what I needed the lenses for. I have emailed and even visited the store but the manager Jonathan seems unable to uphold his 2 year guarantee and won’t reply to emails . A very expensive experience and 1 I wouldn’t recommend to any. Lots of chat and rhetoric but very little backbone

Jonathan you are the best!!
I broke my glasses yesterday evening. I when to all of the local opticians this morning and most of them were closed and large National opticians were unable to help me. My last stop was Bespoke eyewear opposite the crown hotel. Jonathan pulled all the stops and in my hour of need he was there for me. He give a new pair of eyewear with my prescription within an hour which National chain stores said that I had to wait until 2-5 days. I got a new funky pair of glasses at a very competitive price and better value for money then mainstream. I was done and dusted by 2:30pm. Once again thank you Jonathan.👍😀
