Recently had this built in our garden for use as an office and gym. The quality of work looks really good. We’ve received many compliments from people who have viewed it for the quality of the work. Really looking forward to getting our use out of it in the coming months!
We were a bit cautious going into it as it’s a big investment, but Bespoke Garden Buildings made us feel comfortable from the start.
We had a SIP extension added to the back of our house to create more living space, and the team made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed.
They were honest, knowledgeable and didn’t overcomplicate anything. You can tell they’ve done a lot of these builds before, which gave us real confidence throughout.
The finished result speaks for itself — the quality is excellent and everything has been done properly. It feels like a true extension of our home and something that’s built to last, not just look good for a few years.
Really happy with the decision and would definitely recommend them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY OR HYBRIDS
We had our garden room built in 2023 by Stonehouse Garden Buildings and it appeared to be an excellent job. However, since then numerous faults have begun to appear - warping of soffits and leaking roof light due to poor sealing.
Stonehouse Garden Buildings apparently no longer exist - leaving us with a worthless guarantee - but amazingly a company called Bespoke Garden Buildings have now been set up using the same logo, based in the same premises and offering the same service.
I contacted them and although on both occasions they promised they would resolve the problems I was lied to and nobody ever arrived despite numerous promises over several calls.
Do not use any company based in Stonehouse that offers garden buildings. Companies house shows several short lived businesses over recent years.

We’re sorry to read of the issues you experienced with your garden room. However, we do need to clarify that Bespoke Garden Buildings is a completely separate business from Stonehouse Garden Buildings.
While we are based on the same business park, there are multiple independent companies operating here, all with different owners, management, staff and fitting teams. We have never been the same company, nor do we share ownership or personnel.
You contacted us regarding faults with a building supplied and installed by another business. Although we were willing to try and offer guidance where possible, any remedial works would need to be arranged around our existing customer commitments, as we cannot take responsibility for installations completed by another company.
We appreciate your frustration with the situation, but we kindly ask that reviews posted on our profile relate specifically to direct experiences with Bespoke Garden Buildings.
