Ordered a crossbody bag - after wearing once for 1-2hours, the letters were already peeling off.

I emailed the company twice and was ignored. They seem to have disappeared on Instagram and their website locked down with a password.

On the second time of using the bag, I have now seen the zip is faulty and doesn’t stay closed -meaning your items are more at risk due to the angle the bag sits.

This isn’t the first faulty product I’ve received from them - the first was a cup where the handle fell off after two weeks. Again not great customer service on that.

Personally would advise to not waste your money with this company

I could have been put off by the reviews on here however I emailed to ask a few questions regarding delivery etc and they responded so quickly and answered all my questions. I ordered the hand luggage set which is beautiful and arrived very quickly. A lovely company to deal with!

If 0 starts was an option I’d give it that! Terrible company with a horrible owner and terrible customer service. Products are so cheap and printing is rubbish, peeling off or wonky and not central. Products are SO OVERPRICED!!

Avoid iv had a few things from this website the sweatshirts arrive looking nothing like the pictures they are the cheapest of the cheap also the thinnest sweatshirts iv ever seen. Ordered the glass cups for me and a friend the vinyl came off mine within a week. Don’t honour free gifts just a gimmick to get you to order honestly just avoid there is lots of other companies that sell the same with better customer service

When planning a wedding you try and research everything as much as possible to make sure you have the very best for your special day. I thought I had done that when I ordered robes for my bridal party. I ordered rose gold ones which looked beautiful on the website to gift to my bridesmaids. These matched the colour scheme perfectly. However, when they arrived they don’t match at all as the rose gold is infact brown. The company ignored my email and Instagram for several weeks before telling me it’s the lighting. Well I’m not sure what magic light can turn brown to rose gold but I’d love to own one. In every light it’s brown. Stay clear from this company and don’t waste a lot of money like I did! I wish I read the reviews on here first!

Purchased personalised clutch bags for my bridesmaids to match my wedding decor as I couldn’t find anything to go with their dress colour and then one for myself too! Fab bags, so glad I found them because I had struggled to find anything to match that was handy enough to use on the big day 🤍🤍🤍

If zero stars was an option that’s what I’d have given.
Gemma is both rude and completely disrespectful. How she gets any custom is beyond me! My order was delayed so I enquired and was sent a picture of it delivered to a bin, she said their part of the transaction was complete and I could report it to the police as stolen to gain a crime reference number.

My teenage daughter bought a sweatshirt, but as she did not like the colour or quality requested a return and sent it back at her own expense.
She was then accused of having worn and washed the sweatshirt, which she absolutely had not, and a refund was refused. The owner of the company now has her money and the sweatshirt so my daughter is completely out of pocket. Our emails are being ignored. This is disgusting and dishonest behaviour which I have never encountered before.
Please beware of this company.

One of the most disgusting and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. Not only unprofessional but apparently homophobic and racist too!? Something I wish I’d have known before placing an order with her. STEER CLEAR

Ordered a bridal robe for my wedding. They send out the wrong one and blame me for their error. I contact them and to just swap it for the correct one. They blame me again but say if I return it fast I will get a re delivery. I sent it first class signed and they then cancel my order and just refund me. No one has contacted me at this point so I chase up asking. After being ignored I asked Gemma the owner and I got the rudest email full of excuses as to why they cancelled my order without even speaking to me and didn’t care that no one had contacted me about it before I sent the wrong one back. Leaving me without a bridal gown for my big day and not letting me decide what the best option for me is. Rude staff, even worse owner.

Ordered 2 personalised mugs for Mother’s Day. Was sent the complete wrong order which I was asked to return which I did. STILL have not received my replacement order which I was assured had been sent out to reach me before Mother’s Day.
Multiple emails and Instagram messages were sent before a refund was processed. The original order was placed on 06/03/22 and I still haven’t received them as of the 30/03/22.

Items delivered within a couple of days of ordering.fantastic quality and price.

Blocks you if you don’t follow her - reason? This is due to her tweets and her racist, antisemetic and homophobic comments.

Don’t buy from this person or company.

Racist and homophobic owner. Returned the stuff I got for my wedding because she doesn’t deserve my money. Look up Gemma Markland tweets on google, it’s all there.

I have ordered off the website a few times now and I thought the items were good value for money as I had a code each time. However, I don’t rate the owner! From her tweets coming out I unfollowed her as I was shocked from how vile she actually was but then to block me?! Such a shame as I did want some more of the make up bags but I wouldn’t want my hard earned money going towards her!

Very poor items and shoddy work. Very disappointed with some things I’ve seen.

Rotten to the core, nothing but a bully, with anti Semitic views, homophobic, fat shamed people, racist and not a nice person, she’s a very bad person inside and out.

I have had a few purchases from Bespoke Gems now and I have been so pleased with each one. I have had soap & hand sanitiser dispensers, oil bottles, storage trays and make up bags. Great quality items which last brilliantly, are always packaged great to avoid any breakages, and arrive promptly considering they are made to order. I have never had an issue with my multiple purchases from this company.
