EXCELLENT – seems they have really improved their operations and dispatch time, bike was sent to us quickly and without problem. Would use again.

Guessing that a larger proportion of unhappy customers have voice their opinion on here. We bought 5. All work great and seems like they have manufactured 1000’s over the 13 years since they have been trading, so probably not that many disappointed customers relatively. Just thought I wold voice this so it doesn’t just become a hate-fest for negative reviews. Gave us a good discount also!

Used for marketing event in Manchester- works fine.

Can’t say we have a experienced any of the issues mentioned here. Bike works well and we hope to by another soon.

I understand that they have been under new management and have really cleaned up their act. Can’t fault the bike we bought. Works well and seems to be built to last.

Cart arrived packaged well and without issue.

Great tricycle, we used it for a summer event/ promotion and seems like a solid bike.

DO NOT USE!! Lied about delivery time. Charges you for delivery then claim free delivery on your order summary. Received a tricycle but the front attachment is clearly second hand. Dented, scratched, completely flawed. Emailed John, but no reply. Should have checked reviews first but reading these now have spurred me on to take things further. Trading Standards, Ombudsman, HMRC. A total sham of a company. Get your trike anywhere else folks! Looking forward to a good fight though!

Avoid at all cost. An absolute waste of £700.
Had to guess how to assemble as no instructions were included. The brake stopped working after the second day and the whole frame wobbles and feels like a cheap child’s toy.
I emailed Jon a number of times but I have been ignored.

Usually I don't do things like that, but after receiving my order I never heard back from the company, so I will make sure it gets heard everywhere.

I am very tolerate to what can happen, but this time I feel disappointed from the product and customer service in general.

First, the order was promised to be done in one week, but in reality it took around 3 weeks. John explained to me, that the delays was made because of some emergencies, I get that, but noone was warning me along the way that things happening, I needed to ask and push myself. I moved on with that.

Next, during the process I asked to take pictures of the production, I was ignored several times and while I continued to ask, I was promised to take and send some right during the assembling, never happened, alright I move on, even though that was necessary for some reposts, which I do not need to inform you about.

It was several times I was ignored for days via email and replied late, when I asked for phone number - ignored again. Alright, I move on.

I got the bike delivered, delivery guys were great, we try to sit on it and the sit is too high it hurts.. I email again 7 days ago that there is nothing to adjust the sit with, get reply only 3 days later. Again, I just move on and wait for the kit to come.

It comes, we adjust the sit, charge the battery to full just to realise the poor quality of the made product.

It seems like after assembly not a single person tried to test it. It is impossible to ride. The front wheels are too big and too hight, it makes the bike go side ways and trip on the sides to the point if flips and the person dropped on the side on the turn! And the battery, that costed extra £700, it lasts around 2.5h on the Normal Mode, the iPhone holds charge longer.

I couldn't find anywhere on your website to be said that this is decorative tricycle, not suitable for the actual rides, but after testing it I feel like the price does not reflect the output at all.

Unfortunately, I have nothing but negative comments regarding this company.
The communication after they received payment was extremely poor. The bike was delivered lose, no packing, bubble wrap etc, in the box and is therefore covered in dents and scratches. It was also delivered without instruction, nor can I find any online. I sent emails with photographs, but as yet haven't had a reply.
The wooden box for the coffee machine is in an unfinished state, with rough edging and covered in footprints. Due to the dimensions of the box, you'd have to be over 6'' to safely use a machine. The only reason i've not scored it lower is down to the wrap I ordered on the ice cream freezer.
Despite emailing John several times I've had no response, hence my leaving this negative review.

The bike itself is pretty much expensive scrap metal.

I ordered a £1000+ tricycle over two weeks ago (with the lead time being 4-5 days). I have not received any tracking details, there is no telephone number to call and no customer service contacting form. I have only received a very vague email from "Jon" explaining the trike is on its way, but that was days ago and I cannot get in touch with the company. I believe this is a SCAM website and urge anyone NOT TO ORDER . We have now missed our event and will be contacting ACTION FRAUD to investigate this "company"
