I would like to report that this establishment engages in deceptive practices. At no point did they disclose a 30% commission, which was only deducted after the transaction. They attract customers with a seemingly favorable exchange rate and even offer discounts for larger sums, only to conceal their profit through undisclosed fees. Such practices should be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate authorities.

The woman at the currency exchange office was extremely rude, and on top of that, she offered an exchange rate much lower than the standard— basically trying to rip off customers. When I refused the transaction, she got angry and tried to separate my husband and daughter from me, saying she could give a different rate. I asked for my 150 euros back, and she practically threw the money at me from behind the counter while grumbling.
I told her she was being very rude and that no one has the right to treat customers like that, and that she should get a grip. She kept muttering in her own language. I told her I would never exchange money there again and walked out.
Prague is an amazing place, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about its people.

Avoid this place at all costs! They lure you in with a good exchange rate but fail to mention the shocking 20% exchange fee until it’s too late. I exchanged £140 and got only €111. I immediately asked for the transaction to be reversed, but they refused. Total rip-off and very dishonest practice

A complete Scam
I exchanged £100 and was given 77euros when I raised this lady said not my fault complain to email address on recipet would not change back or cancel transaction. Don't go near this exchange should we shut down.

the lady did not tell us about the 19.90% tax rate they had, when I came back and told her that, she pointed and said we don’t need to tell you if it’s on the screen, but it was only showing it in Italian and not in English, and she knew we only spoke English. I was asking questions on behalf my parents until they came because it’s difficult for them to understand the numbers. I simply told her I understand you tax that much but it’s much better if you tell us that before hand, otherwise we will take out money somewhere else, she got aggressive at me, and as I’m only 16 years old, me and my mother walked off. She then proceeded to chase us and say she’s calling the police as appartley I was ‘recording her’. I showered her my phone and the only recording was of a wall. She then scuffed and walked off as we told
Her I was 16. This is unacceptable behaviour for a grown woman working in an airport, and threatening to call the police because I stood my ground is diabolical behaviour, I was not aggressive and I told her I was very understanding but it would just be better if she told us the tax rate!

Changed £500 at a rate 1.15 to be given 434 euro. Lost over 130 euro with dodgy maths. Con artists and thieves

I wasn't paying attention and they scammed me. The exchange rate was 1.24 US Dollars to Euros. I gave them $50.00 US and got back 27.25 euros.

Scam. We are taking legal actions. This places should be closed, as it damages the reputation of the country. In the night I saw sketchy (cannot write about it) things going on in one of its shop.

Be extremely careful! Clarify the course in advance! I was able to experience at Palma de Mallorca airport that the purchase rate for GBP was 25% below the comparative rate at reputable banks. In the exchange offices in Palma you can get much better rates.

Yesterday, I went to the Sorrento- Via San Cesareo location and was very disappointed. I originally wanted to exchange $100 for euros but the woman stated that I would receive a discount if I exchanged more. I ended up exchanging $300 and only received 193.75 euros. As soon as I counted the money I realized that she didn’t give me enough and then only did she proceed to say that she charged 20% commission. She never mentioned commission and pointed to the sign and said we should read. I politely asked for my money back as she never stated the commission and she refused. Don’t exchange your money here!!!!
