Anthony is the best! He was very helpful. He answered a ton of questions about the 2 lifts I was looking at and was very patient with all my phone calls. I will not shop anywhere else. I’ll be buying a 4 post and another 2 post soon.

I was able to place an order and later informed they didn’t have it. It was on back order. Did not send updates, I had to call in to get updates.

Looking at our records, it looks like our team emailed you the same day you placed your order online on 4/13 to let you know the item was on backorder with an estimated one-week wait. When you called on 4/24, we provided an update that the backorder had been pushed an additional week, and your order shipped 5/1 with tracking sent the same day.
That said, we hear you that proactive updates between those touchpoints would have been better than waiting for you to call. We'll use this as a reminder to check in more regularly with customers waiting on backordered items. We appreciate your business and the chance to improve.
