ZERO Communication. Never got order

Placed an order. called them back to confirm that I was real person a day later - after not hearing anything back from them. I talked to a man who told me that the product would ship, I would be receiving a tracking number and that I should be getting my order in 3-5 business days. Never got my tracking number so I called back - voice mail. called ,called, called..... always straight to voice mail where I left messages. Never got a response. sent emails to sales and customer service, never got a response. Never got my order, never got a tracking number. have tried to cancel my order - of course you have to use email to do this - so I've naturally I havent heard back about this either. Horrible experience.

Terrible Company, FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRICING!

Absolutely horrible! They pull the classic advertised low price and then WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER until they "verify" your payment information. They then get you on the phone and try to tell you that the price, in this case, for a Sharp TV doesn't include "Insurance" and they will not ship a product unless it is "Insured". They then tell you that insurance on a $3,000 TV is $386.00 !!! A completely SHAM operation and DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SHILLS they have posting out here that they are a good company, THEY ARE NOT. They will waste your time and try to rip you off with completely unrealistic insurance charges that when added to the products cost IS MORE THAN most other reputable company's. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with these clowns.

Service and savings well worth the few days wait for shipment!

I ordered an Infocus projector from bestbuypcs.com. Upon reading some reviews I was skeptical to place an order over $5000. I'm not naive, I understand sometimes the headaches that can occur with an online order surpass the value of saving $100 or more. Anyway, they are located close by to me and happen to have a really attractive price on the unit. So I decided to give them a call and get a feel for this company. I got sent to voice-mail, left a message and received a return call in just about 15 minutes. A sales guy by the name of Jesse answered all my questions kindly and did not try to pressure me to buy when i exclaimed that I had some reservations. Later on that day i called back and placed the order. Within 24 hours my card was charged and the following evening I had a tracking number in my email. I received the unit a couple days later. It was brand new, in a factory fresh box and included the USA warranty. At that time i decided to call back and extend my warranty as Jesse had offered me. Although the sale price was July special and it was now August, Jesse went to bat for me and got his manager to honor the $100 savings that was originally offered. When the warranty arrived, I called Infocus and they not only said they honored this warranty, but that it's a company prefered warranty and only an authorized Infocus service center would be the ones working on my unit in the unlikely event of having a problem that could cost an arm and a leg had i not purchased the additional coverage. This is a good, honest outfit to order from. My brother was going to buy a TV at the local box store. I told him cut all the crap and call these guys. The service and savings is well worth the few days wait on shipping. And I owe them the referral now that my basement is the only Cinema i go to!

Great price, Fast delivery and Great service

I bought a receiver from Bestbuypcs.com and was very happy with the price and the quick delivery. The receiver started to have some problems and they did a great job of communicating with me and resolving the issue by replacing the unit for me. The new unit is working great and I would recommend them to anyone and buy again from them in the future.

DISHONEST, Avoid At All Cost

I thought I would give Bestbuypcs benefit of doubt. I ordered by phone (BOB) Sharp 80" 6/20/13. I was told it was in stock, their "Free Shipping" was Curbside drop off, but for additional $198.00 (later dropped to $159.00)it would ship in 48 hours. I check back via chat on their Web Site with LARRY on 06/25/13 and he tells me the TV will ship "In the morning if not today", he would call the shipping co. and give me a call back. No call. Later that evening (06/25/13) I return a missed call, it is from PAUL who identified himself with Bestbuypcs. Paul tells me there will be an additional $159.00 shipping on the TV because it is a "Large Delicate Item". I told PAUL I had already paid $159.00 additional for a TV advertised on their Web Site "With Free Shipping". He then tries to sell me an Extended Warranty for "Half Price" for my trouble.I then tell PAUL just to cancel my order and refund my $3780 since my CC had already been charged. He told me he was not in the "Cancellation Department". I told him I would be contacting my Credit Card Company to dispute the charges. He asked me not to call my Credit Card Co, that LARRY would call me, and he is sure LARRY would honor previous deal.Larry never called. I left message on their "Contact" page (as they were already closed for the day for LARRY expressing my frustration and asked for help. I contacted Bestbuypcs this AM 06/26/13 via their Chat (LARRY) who told me BOB would contact me. BOB called, apologized but stated some shipping companys charged more for large TVs. I told him just to cancel my order.Bob stated other dealers would also charge more for large TVs. I did not feel comfortable giving my Credit Card Security Code to cancel the order. I contacted my Credit Card company and instituted a dispute. The BBB is next. Save yourself the frustration. This is a DISHONEST Business.....
