Overall I was happy with my purchase however was not made aware the windscreen was cracked in the driver's view area but still somehow was sold with a full inspection. Extra costs when I returned home that I was not expecting.

Very disappointed
We bought a van at your company, and we spent over 2000 eur to fix all the problems it had. The van didn’t have any mechanical check before we made the purchase. It showed mechanical problems only 10km after driving it.
Definitely we wont by anymore at your company, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Bought two vehicles - never again
Bought two vehicles.
Whilst the vehicles were not in great shape, the Paperwork for both vehicles was not corresponding to the description available on the website.
It is an unacceptable flaw, which I am following up on legally, and I will never deal with this company again.

Update 19/01/2024 : Bestelbus.nl offers me a financial compensation...which does not resolve my problem as both vehicles' papers remain not ok...and we still can't register the vehicles.

I bought a van, I paid 800 for repairs at their service, I got to German and the engine warning light came on, I got it home, I took it to the service and wherever the mechanics went, they wouldn't even put the screws.
