Sent wrong size case.

Hello I live in New Zealand.
My package took only over a week to arrive from the UK which was great.
My advice is do your research on what you are buying because the exchange rate is alot higher so you will be paying double the amount of the purchase price so best to look closer to home. If you are using them download there app it makes it alot easier and there support line is not that helpful.

This company has a -10 review. I received the advertised Besthomeship "Metal fold phone case" and it was plastic. When I put my phone in the case, it blew the cameras and caused it to blow. My phone cost is $2,000. My attorneys and the Autorities will be investigating this. If I do not receive payment for my phone immediately and a response, I will send a message to my 60,000 followers so they can assist in this effort of takedown.

My email says that the package was delivered, no package has been delivered to my home

Overpriced Chinese goods which can be bought off Shopee, Lazada or other cheap marketplaces. Shipping takes over a month and courier they used to deliver is horrendous. Courier claims delivered to addressee but in reality it will not be delivered for another week or two. Not recommended to anyone. If you see their ads on FB or Instagram and came to look for reviews. I hope this dissuades you from making a purchase from besthomeship.
