No package, and no update OR support

I haven’t seen anyone else comment on this company, but I chose to blindly trust a website just this once because they seem pretty legit. (socials included)
I can’t for sure say whether they scam their customers, but I ordered a record over a month ago and I haven’t gotten a single update on my package, even after contacting them through their support email.
I’m staying optimistic, hoping that they’re just a one man show, or that they’re simply having difficulties shipping orders, but for now it’s a 2 star.
