I needed a spare part for a blender I bought from Bestron. I had 11 emails back and forth where they promised to send me the part. First they had to "figure out how to send it". Then their "person in charge was on holiday". Now, several months later, I still haven't received anything. And now, they will not even answer me, despite giving no reason for this.
The blender I bought from them is now useless. Never again will I buy anything from this company!

In December 2019, I have received a Bestron's toaster (the mint green one, very beautiful and useful) for Christmas. My father bought it on Amazon website.
Today (April 2021), the toaster does not work anymore and I want to fix it because I need it.
The order is too old to organize the return on Amazon website. So, I tried to contact Bestron directly. It is very difficult (e-mail but no reply ; WhatsApp > they told me to do with Amazon but it is not available. When I explained it, never reply).
Today, I am very disappointed because there is a 5-years guarantee with my toaster and it is my rights to use it.
So, if any solution can be found, it is the last time I buy to this brand.

Just received a remote lamp starter from Amazon for this company, plugged it in and it does NOT work! It wasn’t that expensive but it was useless.

I ordered a coffee machine on Amazon and my wife lost a part of it. We contacted the client services, and they sent us the spare part faster than amazon.
