Shocking customer service. They seem to forget they are selling a product and have two customers. The customer selling the house and the customer buying. They care little, if anything for the customer buying.
Having only normally left reviews when i faced an issue, it only felt right to give Bests the review they deserve. My house sale went through over a year ago.
Five stars simply isn't enough for the outstanding service provided by Terry and the team. They have gone above and beyond what any estate agents anywhere else would do due to me being in the Army and 350 miles away, anything that was required, the whole team supported the sale in any way they could.
I really cant thank them enough having started in December of 2019 and finally selling in July of 2020, keeping the buyer on side through a difficult period for the country and for the situation i was going through.
