Two orders returned without my consent…
Two orders returned without my consent and support completely ignored me.
I placed and fully paid for TWO separate orders. The stated delivery time to Lithuania was 4–7 days, but after 12 days, neither parcel had arrived. According to the tracking history, both parcels had not even left Latvia and never reached Lithuania.
Despite this, both shipments were marked as "refused by the addressee". This is completely false. The delivery address was a parcel locker in Lithuania, I received no SMS, Viber message, email, phone call, or collection notification from DPD, and I never refused or cancelled either order.
I repeatedly contacted customer support and clearly explained that I still wanted both orders and was waiting for them. These messages were ignored. Nobody asked whether I wanted another delivery attempt, whether I agreed to a refund, or whether the items should be reserved for me. The store simply did whatever was most convenient for them with two parcels that I had never refused, and that had not even reached my country.
The company admitted that the "refused by the addressee" status might have been caused by a carrier or technical error. Nevertheless, they unilaterally closed both orders and refunded the money. They did not offer to recreate the orders, resend the products, or provide any meaningful solution. Their response was essentially: the parcels have returned, we will refund you, and here is a voucher.
I wanted the products I had carefully selected and paid for. Several items were the last units available, and I may now be unable to purchase them again solely because of an error in the store’s delivery process.
Returning my money does not erase the fact that two paid orders were taken away from me through no fault of my own. The complete lack of communication, responsibility, and respect for the customer is unacceptable.
I would give zero stars for this experience if that were possible.

I used to really love best secret.
But things have changed. The quality of the products are way worse! Clothing with holes, shoes with scratches and dirt. This is terrible I am really bummed out about that.
I get that that the prizes are low. But it's an outlet. I expect that items should be in good quality and if not it should be mentioned in the description of the items.
The delivery is still good. 3-5 days.

This has been by far the most frustrating and time-wasting online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered two products. One of them was marked as “returned” even though it was never delivered. I ended up driving 2 hours to the post office and back, only to find out it had never even arrived there.
The second product from the same order (a coffee table) also never arrived and is still “pending” after more than a month.
I then tried ordering again, thinking it might have been a one-time issue, but the same thing happened. After a few days, the order was again marked as “returned” without ever being delivered.
This company is clearly violating basic principles of online selling by listing items they don’t actually have. They are wasting customers’ time, energy, and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.
