I did not receive my order. It is a scam. I can't believe some people. So, wrong! The page is not even up anymore.

We order PPE from Bestserr on 06/08/2020 for our reopening on 06/15/2020. On 06/26/2020 the tracking information emailed to did not work any longer and the website the tracking was linke to disappeared. We filed a claim with PayPal on 06/26/2020 to return $95.89 for the Bestserr purchase. On 08/03/2020 we received an envelope from Bestserr containing 10 Mini Container what are supposed to Disinfectant Wipes.

This is a SCAM - BESTSERR IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM and DON'T use PayPal!!!!!

A SCAMMING ACCOUNT DONT BUY ANYTHING THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WONT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT!! I asked multiple times for refunds but they refuse because they are scamming us from CHINA! Every item on their page is listed super low and they have now changed their page totally to try to keep on fooling people! DONT FALL FOR IT!!

Call them. Write them. Go to their corporate address to find out why they refuse to give a refund for damaged good. They are not honest.

Wish I read the reviews before buying from this place. It's scammers from China. They advertise items that they cannot deliver. I ordered a product and what I received wasn't even close to what I ordered then they try to give you a few dollars back. Thank goodness I paid with my PayPal and was able to dispute it and get all of my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

This is a crappy company that sells trash. I paid $30 plus shipping. You literally have to put the item together. Wires, battery compartment, screws etc. The directions show parts you dont have. The purchase I made didn't even come with a bottom to hold the wires in. This was a huge RIP off!! Free advice save your money do not buy!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a $40 product from this company, and they’re only willing to refund me $7. 1. The product delivered was not the product that was advertised, 2. At least three pieces were missing from the box to assemble the (wrong) product that I did receive, and 3. The product wires were shot and frayed and could’ve been a serious and dangerous electrical/health hazard. They STILL only offered me $7 and that was after communicating back and forth when they originally offered me $2 for my “inconveniences.” This company is a complete JOKE.

This company is a bunch of thieves. They play stupid and refuse to refund your money. They FRAUDULENTLY use the address in GA and have never rented there. They lie. They cheat. They don’t care. They are the worst if the worst. Meaning no insults to animals these people are pigs.

My review is the same as the rest. TERRIBLE company. I bought the disinfectant wipes and they were a joke. Paid $24 for 2 containers and they were miniature in size!! NEVER buy from these people

It's a scam. Got the worst China equivalent of what we bought. So so so so bad. And sad. So, sad... It's so sad I laughed out loud.

Product received was totally different in color and size as described. I paid $8.09 for a GUOER Scrub Hat Bouffant Scrub Cap, but received a tiny cap, made in China, which is not worth $1! Big rip off. This is a scam company!

I ordered a product more than a month ago and still haven't received it. What can anyone do to ensure this company provides me a refund ?

I ordered some of their sanitizing wipes on May 7, and the product that I received was not the product that I ordered and they misrepresented what the product really was. I spent over $50 for the product itself and at least $5 for shipping. It took 6 weeks to receive. I emailed them and asked for a refund. They insulted me by offering to refund me $3!! This is a terrible company that scams and takes advantage of people and steals their money!

I purchased alcohol wipes for $26.97 plus shipping charge $5.99, Grand total of $32.96 for an order that took more than two months to arrive, when I opened the package I was so furious to see the mini version size container with dry wipes. What you see on their website it is not what you get. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

You need to also include a zero on reviews. You can't call them a company.
It should be listed as crooks. I ordered some wipes from them and paid $26.97 for containers of these tiny wipes. On their advertisement the containers look like the normal size containers and when I received them, I was furious!
First it took them over 2 months and when I finally get them, what a disappointment!
How can they take peoples money like that! Especially during these difficult times when the whole world is trying to survive through this pandemic!
My whole family, friends and acquaintances will know about this company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was sold an item, waited several months for the shipping, no response from any of their support whatsoever. Finally was sent the itme and was complete JUNK. Notyhing like the item described in purchase. RIP-OFF!!!!!!!

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Ordered from them over 2 months ago. Can’t track item & haven’t received. Sent multiple emails requesting refund and order cancelled and no one will respond to email. Do NOT buy from this company. They are a complete rip-off!!!

This company use the full item picture sell me the item parts, and I sent email to them twice. No one take care.

Be careful don't order anything without customer service from China.
