I ordered an eyebrow board for my RV refrigerator February 24th it is now March 13th. I have sent emails with receiving no response. Bad customer service and no product delivered. Do not order from this site. I used PayPal so hopefully I can get my money back!

Update:PayPal tried contacting the seller as well with no response, the seller had until March 26 to reply. PayPal sent me a refund!

If the web sight has no Customer Service number, no phone number, no address and limited payment options then it’s highly likely that it’s a scam.

I have tried to get information on two orders I placed and can get no responses. The will gladly accept you funds but not fulfill the order. They state 4 to 7 days to fill an order I ordered on the 14th and have never received anything item, emails, etc. They have two sites and both go to the same email.

I would give a zero if I could. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The site states hassle free returns and exchanges. One pair was advertised as Clark brand but were not. The second pair didn’t fit. There was no paperwork in the package.I had to “talk” on email. They offered a partial refund and I said no I want to send them back. After several message exchanges they gave me an address and stated they would not pay return shipping. I finally agreed to a partial refund and received nothing.

Non responsive. Sent several Emails. They gave PayPal a tracking number for an item that shipped and received before the date of my original order. How is that possible? Fraudent!

I have messaged this company re two orders I received from then which were sunglasses unfortunately the glasses I received were not as was shown in there advert !! I fear the sunglasses advert is a con !! Would have been nice had they contacted me so I could have discussed the matter with them my advice is not to order the sunglasses they are advertising they are big standard sunglasses!! Nothing more nothing less be warned won’t be buying anything else from this company

So, I am from Ukraine, and I worked for them as a recruiter in 2021. It was an interesting experience. They paid me well, but I can tell you straightforwardly, it's a scam. Please don't work for them if you are from the USA, and I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from this company. For more detailed info: it's normal for them not to pay employees and to conduct suspicious schemes with cryptocurrency.
P.S. As for why I was working at this company, I thought they were just ordinary reshippers, but over time I understood something was really wrong with these guys and left. GL.

Anything ordered on line from China? You are the idiot if you did, they cannot be trusted, scam, dishonest, famously they respond in Chinese!!! Very crooked people.

This has been a very dishonest experience . I ordered 2 T-shirts costing $58.66 on October 6th. The order was supposed to be delivered by October 16th and I have not received my order.

I ordered 2 items and I waited a whole month to get the wrong items and I've been trying to exchange the item for what I actually ordered or get my money back and they won't do either options. It's been back and forth with this company, it's a scam don't buy from them.

People do not buy anything from this company. This site is a scam. They try to look like Best Buy. They will fool you with their fake tracking and claim they delivered your package.

Like many others on here, i ordered three items and after a long wait checking their so called tracking site TRACK678 getting daily updates, at last the day arrived for delivery!! but of course nothing turned up,
I don't know how these people sleep at night!!!
I am surprised that nothing is done by the authorities because this has been going on for a few years now judging by the comments on here.

Took forever to send me tracking info.
Once tracking info was received, took forever for item to move frome "warehouse".
Just checked tracking today, site says package has been delivered.

Scam company just like the one set up before this (fogether.com). Anyone saying they had a good experience are making it up, probably their own people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER OR MONEY BACK….EVER!!! YOUTUBE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALLOWING SCAM WEBSITES TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR PLATFORM.

I don't know what to do I see posts saying it's a scam but then you see other posts saying that it's great what is real I would like to think it's the crappy posts cause if it was a good company surely it would have good stars

It's a rip off website just like the other website they made they won't send you anything please, please don't do it I got my disabled daughter a bean chair and it never showed h it literally broke her heart that we saved for it to never get it...... DO BETTER!!

Horrible horrible horrible company. I ordered an air conditioner from this company and it does not work. They refused a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!
