This is a case of mistaken identity. We do not and never have sold tops, we only ever sold electrical accessories. We have never had a customer of this name.

Just ordered yesterday afternoon and the package was here this morning. If the rest of the customer service is as good, I think they're one of the best online shops around. Also, they sent me a youtube video on how to use the transformer I just got. They made the video. They also gave advice on recommended running times and loads. I am down right impressed.

I ordered a stepup/step down converter. Prior to ordering I sent an email to ask if the product would be suitable for a vintage sewing machine I had purchased that was a different voltage to my electrical supply. I was advised that maybe I wouldn't require the converter based on the details of the machine I had supplied. However it was established I did require the converter. The point I'm making is that they were not pushing a sale without trying to establish if I really needed the goods. I found that a very honest approach. So I had no hesitation in ordering from this company and indeed received the goods promptly, in pristine order, and with clear instructions of use. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Efficient and fairly priced. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely purchase from them again.
