It took longer than I expected for my order to ship (as warned on the website) but once it shipped, I got it within days. I'm really happy with the wig though, so it was worth the wait.

arrived promptly but wrong color. return denied

I will only order from wigoutlet from now on and not Bestwigoutlet. As you know buying wigs online is hit or miss. With wigoutlet you received you order within a couple days and if it doesnt suit you the return process is simple they provide a return label and you are charged shipping both ways which is fair however with best wig outlet shipping is much longer and you are charged shipping both ways ok thats fair but the restocking fee is Crazy high and and you have to provide your own label. Much harder to return and and much more expensive if your wig doesnt work for you. Charging crazy high restocking fees just cost you future business in my opinion.

Package was delivered by USPS to the wrong address. Luckily I have honest neighbors.

I received my Wig in a timely manner. I am very pleased to get it in time for my Grandson's Wedding!

Be careful, there is a reason their stuffs are cheaper than other's. I got a smelly topper, and in wrong length. Customer service is very bad.

Very bad representation of the color. It did not match the color on the internet. Totally different !!!!

Beautiful wig but just not really large. After adjusting the little straps inside, it still did not fit. I'm returning it.
