I had an account and placed a bet which my son paid with his card. They accepted the funds and allowed the bet to be placed. All good to this point until we win and they refuse to pay the funds back as they need verification of the cardholder. Then they refuse to return the money. One week later after numerous e mails, phone calls, web chat, scanned and verified documents they put up a new set of barriers to avoid payment by not allowing transfer of funds back to the card
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I placed a few bets with 188 and started to wonder.
I looked up the what was said about them and became very wary
But i have to say sorry for miss trusting you i have had A very good experience with them
On Sunday past 16/08/15 i had the good fortune to get a coupon up and by 18/08/15 the money was in my bank
I must say i have had a few experience like that
And all said and done we are all quick enough to complain but this time i have to stand up and say well done
I know you can't keep all the people happy all the thin but you have for me
BIG pat on the back WELL deserved in my book

Absolutely hell of a bookmaker....

They asked for an extensive list of ID before I could withdraw. What they asked for would amply enable someone to copy my identity and more...

When I questioned it they suspended my account and held 100.00 from me. I asked to close the account they refused. Self Exclude and they said no!

Customer Service is awful too!!!! Have to wait 48 hours for response.....

As at time of writing I have sent 7 emails to this company with no reply. They do not give a bonus it's a lie so be very careful plus still waiting aweek and a half for 40 gbp. iN OTHER WORDS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Oh and live chat doesn't work on 3 different devices they just want your money no service given!
