SCAM - AVOID. Doesnt' let me withdraw money. It has been almost four months. They have stopped answering emails from me. If they answer, they give a generic bs response. 1200 euros stolen.

I am having problems with Bet2U
 
I registered with them on November 2019 and since then I have played with them.
 
At one point in 2020 I Had 3800+ EUR on my account. I asked them to make a withdrawal to my Neteller account which I made my deposit with.
They asked me to complete the verification process (sending documents and a skype video call) which I completed. Then I was able to make a withdrawal and my withdrawal was partially completed (500 eur sent to my bank account instead of Neteller account).
 
After that I was told that I should ask for the remaining 3300 via separate 500 eur bank withdrawals. I also tried to contact with Neteller VIP support as it was a promotion on Neteller which got me registered with Bet2U. They told me that they have spoken with Bet2U representative and that my withdrawals should now be processed, but since then nobody has spoken with me from Bet2U and none of my withdrawals have reached my bank account.
 
Since then I have tried to ask for numerous 500 eur bank transfers to my bank but none of those has been completed. When I try to get in touch with them they just reply that my request has been transferred to the relevant department and I will receive a reply, but it has now been more than 2 years, I have sent them more then 10 e-mails and have been on live chat numerous times with the same response.
Could you please give me any suggestion on how could I get in touch with their "relevant department" in order to finally receive my money?

I've given it 3 stars(Not 4) owing respect to my fellow gamblers who have had issues with this company.

I never had issues with this company till recently when they delayed my withdrawal (ordered on 29th May).

After over 3 weeks of writing them numerous emails they told me to avail myself for a Skype verification on 24th June.

It was until after another 2½ weeks on 12 July that they respond that they have completed the monitoring process luckily I passed and I ordered withdrawal on the same day (200$).

I expected after I was cleared everything to return to normalcy little did I know it will take another 6 days and a lot of emails to their support department for them to finally release the money (Today 18th July).

It's been a rollercoaster ride. One thing I'd like to advise my fellow gamblers don't go soft on them. Use cuss words if you have to they will bulge.

Another thing use reverse psychology. I made them aware I knew their shady business by telling them about their reviews on trustpilot hoping they won't treat me like them which it kynda worked since I have my money.

ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AFTER DOING WITHDRAW, even now they shamelessly ask me to have patience and wait as its in processing, seriously even after 90 days?? avoid avoid avoid bet2u , if anyone claims i am not telling lie ask me for chats and mail i have sent to them i have plenty , they are scammers new bettors dont deposit your hard earned money into this scam and lose money and your time. they just do robbery and we cant do anything other than alerting others to stayoff. i just wonder how they can do scam legally and noone can do anything about them,pathetic.

The betting company has closed my account and confiscated my funds. I made withdrawal request on 17 April 2022 for Euro 249.13 of my winnings after a number of bets, which was not honored. On enquiry, their response was that my withdrawal request was in progress and requesting my patience. On 20 June 2022, they wrote requesting that I avail myself for further security verification via Skype, which I did. On 24 June 2022, over 2 months since I made I made my withdrawal request, they closed my account!

Because it is more then one month my withdrawl of 78 euro not processed no reply from chat agent I write about 50 mails but not a single word come from them th chst sgent has always one answer you will inform by mail when it done very very poor.

Scam. i cant login my account,(they block my account) and no one answers my email.

I got 20 euros for free from them, because they said they change for a new plataform. No Rollover required, just account verify. I Did everything and i won like 43 euros and try to withdraw but not possible, thry said need to make a deposit 1st..for any amount! Scam! nobody give you a "bonus" and at end ask you for a deposit or im wrong?? I ask them about rollover and they insist only if i deposit and bet 1,5 euro minimum game...so no rollover only deposit! scam!

The site bet2u along with all the sites that are licensed in the dutch antilles is a scam site, after using it for a long time I had a large winnings of more than 2k euros. the site despite having asked me several times for verification and the latter I correctly carried out has called me via Skype for further verification that in their opinion has not been passed. without too many justifications they closed my account and I have not returned the money. If you do a quick search on the internet you can learn how this is a recurring practice of the site that despite my reminders to at least give an explanation has never responded. the comments that you see with many stars are all false and express appreciation of things totally useless (payment methods and winning percentages that any site offers). In addition, I have started legal action against the site and I invite anyone who has had problems with it to contact me so that we can act collectively and shut down this scam once and for all and bring to the attention of the authorities the misbehaviour as well as the false publicity that the company operates to the detriment of players.

Not paying my winnings again... 10 days after the withdrawal request... they still did not pay and it is only 400 euro :) It is not even 4 digits... This bookmark is only good if you're losing. Do not deposit here, if you want to have the chance to withdraw money sometime...
