The cause for this temporary delay originated with our feed provider, and so our Settlement team had to manually settle the bets in question. Having reviewed this with our Customer Support team, we can see that within 20 minutes of your email being received, any affected bets were manually settled with returns credited.
With relation to the withdrawal on your account, as we would prefer not to go into account specifics on a public platform, our Customer Support Supervisor will be following up with you by email, so please keep an eye out for this.

All withdrawals processed on site are done in accordance with a closed loop system. This system essentially refunds deposits made in a somewhat chronological order, and so we can only confirm where funds will be processed to once the withdrawal has been requested. This information is always available in account, once the withdrawal has been processed.
In all cases, customers will always be free to contact our Customer Support team for confirmation of anything related to their withdrawals. All withdrawals are also then processed to clear within 3-5 working days, although the majority clear within 2 working days.
Can we ask, what specific corner markets do you feel we are missing? We can relay this request to our Product team, to see what can be done to release further markets for you.

For those reviewing this post, we'll start by explaining what the Early Prices are. The term ‘Early Prices’ normally applies to horseracing and are the odds/prices that online bookmakers offer before the Board Prices / Live Shows come through from the racecourse.
Our trading team do their utmost to offer Early Prices on as many races as possible and in some cases will have a price up the night before the race. We do however acknowledge that this isn't the case for all races meaning only the SP (Starting Price) is available.

Upgraded to 5 stars having been contacted by Bet Bright they told me to install firefox and then will be able to watch the races , you can always watch on your mobile as well.
And just as a sweetener they gave me £60 of free bets.
