Betgold does not want to let you withdraw. Unfortunately, the verification process is not transparent. Withdrawals are cancelled without further information. They request the same documents over and over again, then cancel the withdrawal again. Live chat is difficult to reach. They answer in common patterns - "we will check" "financial department will check" "money should be there soon" - just to cancel again and request another document. I've been patient, but this behaviour is just to get time and try not to pay the customer. If you ever plan to withdraw money from your account, better play with another bookmaker.
