Confiscated winnings / Account blocked
On January 15, 2026, at approximately 10:30 AM, I made a deposit of 1,000 TRY on the betting website Betlivo. I claimed a 150% deposit bonus, which I had previously used multiple times on this platform without any issues and with successful withdrawals.
After the bonus was credited, I started wagering on slot games and continued playing on different games strictly in compliance with the bonus terms. I did not violate any rules. After completing approximately 25,000 TRY in wagering, my balance increased to around 12,000 TRY.
According to the bonus rules, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 TRY at approximately 11:15 AM. My first withdrawal request was rejected, and customer support instructed me to submit a new request using a different payment method, claiming it would be processed faster.
I first submitted a withdrawal request via Megacüzdan, then via bank transfer as instructed. Immediately after this, Betlivo confiscated my winnings by removing 9,000 TRY from my account balance, leaving only my original 1,000 TRY deposit.
I was informed that I would only be allowed to withdraw after wagering my deposit again. Additionally, despite being a member of Betlivo for nearly one year and having completed multiple successful deposits and withdrawals in the past (including a withdrawal just five days earlier), they suddenly claimed that I had multiple accounts and cited IP address reasons as justification for confiscating my winnings.
When I requested direct communication with a customer representative, I was told that only email communication was possible. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response. Shortly afterward, my account was completely closed with the status “customer excluded.”
I completed the additional wagering with my remaining balance, increased it to 1,300 TRY, successfully withdrew that amount, and then my account was permanently blocked.
My request from Betlivo is clear and reasonable: the unjustly confiscated 9,000 TRY winnings should be fully paid to me, totaling 10,000 TRY, and my account with the username “rapor” should be reopened.
I do not accept the unilateral confiscation of winnings from a long-standing and active account based on unproven IP or multiple account allegations. I believe this action is unfair, unjustified, and requires immediate resolution.• Casino name: Betlivo
