You can’t Make These Guys Up

I find it’s pretty funny that they respond to every review saying they have no record of your account existing, when I took screenshots of everything, including my interactions with their chat, assuring me my verification was in process and there would be no issues getting my winnings. Let this be a warning to anyone who’s debating using this site: they will inevitably steal your money, claim you cheated, and say you violated terms. Then, in the same breath, when you speak up, they claim you never had an account. If that’s the case, Betplays, explain this.

SCAM!!!! BEWARE

BEWARE – SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!

I was using betplays a couple months ago and started playing as usual. I grew my account to $30,000 and they were still allowing me to bet, didn't limit it any any way. Everything seemed fine until I tried to make a withdrawal – and that’s when the trouble began!!!!

First, they delayed the withdrawal process for weeks, giving me vague excuses every time I reached out to their support team. Then, out of nowhere, they sent me an email accusing me of violating their terms and conditions by engaging in “bonus abuse” and “irregular betting activity.” This made no sense because I never used any bonuses, and I always played by the rules.

To make matters worse, they didn’t just confiscate all of my winnings – they took my initial deposit too! I’ve only ever had one account in my name, with all my information verified (ID, address, bank details, etc.), so these accusations are completely baseless.

After doing some digging, I found countless reports from other users who had experienced the same thing. It’s clear this platform has a pattern of targeting people who win, fabricating reasons to avoid paying them, and then keeping their money.

I’ve now hired a lawyer and am taking legal action. I’ve saved every email, chat transcript, and screenshot to prove that this company is operating fraudulently. If you’re considering using this platform, DON’T. They’ll take your money and make up lies to justify it.

Scamming thieves

Scamming thieves! They stole my withdrawal of close to $6,800 and sent an email that I violated some bogus terms. I asked them to provide any kind of evidence and they responded saying the decision is final.

I filed a complaint with Curacao EGaming and they responded and said they don't manage Betplays.

If anyone has any success getting their stolen funds back please let me know.

Avoid this site like the plague. I don't know how they are still operating.

THEY STOLEN MY MONEY ARROUND 20K $

I and my siser creat our account with betplays.com and we deposited around 15k $ for this website . After we won around 20k $ , we requested withdrawn and verified successfully all their requirements and they said we need wait 5 days for the money go through our bank . But after 4 days they send a email and said that they have banned our account because we did some thing wrong with their rule 3 and rule 9 . After carefully reviewing the terms they provided, we think we have not violated or accidentally fallen into some unreasonable terms from the website they provided:

First, my account and my sister's are 2 completely separate accounts, how can I log into her bank and transfer money to them? WHY they dont regret our money if they realized we are same address . As well as KYC verification, how can I verify if she is impersonated?

Second, we have participated in many betting sites for 15 years now, and creating the same home address and withdrawing money is almost common, because we often participate in playing together, including my wife. The rule they provided means that I cannot introduce anyone to their website if I am satisfied?

Third, our accounts have deposited money without claiming any bonus from them , which proves that we are not cheating and participating seriously.

Betplays scam

Betplays scam, confiscate all my money!

Played here for almost 2 months. Had just 305 CAD and tried 3 weeks ago to cash out 200 CAD (approc 130 usd). Meanwhile, I fully verified my account. Betplays kept saying me that the withdrawal will not take more than 5 days to be processed (although many casinos now pay in seconds, not in days...). After the 5 day window was gone, they did not respond to me anymore. Yesterday they sent me an email that my funds were confiscated for violating the terms. No specific term which I "violated" was mentioned. Nothing, just they took my money. Please stay away

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT PLAY HERE

so I signed up a couple months ago and played like usual, I managed to get my account $15,300 CAD until they finally limited my play which is fine, The problem was when I went to withdraw it was taking TWO weeks, but I gave it time, after two weeks and MANY talks on chat Betplays sent me an email accusing me of breaking their terms and conditions for MULTI ACCOUNTING (which isn't true because its my ONLY account and under my name, address, DOB etc.) not to mention I passed verification AND also accused me of "collusion" which makes no damn sense, so basically they confiscated all my winnings and then ONE MORE SLAP they confiscate my deposit as well, after this happened I checked ask gamblers for help and I see countless complaints that they do this to anyone who wins, PLEASE DON'T PLAY HERE, i've already contacted a lawyer and we will be persuing damages against Betplays in the coming weeks in which my lawyer told me he has dozens of cases he gathering against them because nothing they accused me of is true, id rate 0 if I could, SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!

This company steals peoples winnings

I have been playing on betplays for about 2 years. After 1 year they invited me to their VIP program. Recently I went on a winning run and got my account to 41k CAD.

My limits where cut so I went to withdraw my money. After about 5 days I was getting concerned that my withdrawal hadn't been processed because on their site if you are in the VIP level it says it will be processed in 72 hours. I contacted the VIP team and they assured me everything was fine, my funds are safe and there is nothing to be concerned about.

2 days later I get an email from betplays saying they have blocked my account and they will not pay me my winnings. They claim I broke rule 3 (multi-accounting) and rule 9. (criminal activity). When I ask them to explain how I broke these rules they don't explain anything and have since refused to reply to my messages even though on their gambling licence it says they have to provide communication to its players.

On the multi-accounting, I only ever opened 1 account, my bets are unique in that I did a lot of betting on live Australian rules so I am certain there wont be one account with the same bets as me.

On criminal activity, I have never been involved with criminal activity and have a clean record so I honestly have no idea what they are talking about nor will they explain.

I emplore people not to play on this site as I can see the same thing has happened to others who have left reviews here.

Betplays if you are reading this, please just save everyone time and just pay me my winnings. Since I was concerned you were not going to pay me I have screenshots of everything, it's all documented.

Update: Betplays responded to this complaint again asking me for my account ID even though my account ID is in the complaint. These are the games they play. They absolutely have all my information. If I go on to their live chat, their agents just close the chat without responding. Reading all the other reviews on here, they are stealing other peoples money too and its all an identical process. Everyone is magically breaking the exact same terms without any proof being provided. Betplays owners are committing massive fraud and stealing people's winnings, they should be thrown in jail, these people are criminals!
